Leo's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Long Beach

Completely horrid wish there was an option to not give a star. I asked the older waitress which was the only waitress "How are the chile rellenos?" she replied "They are American not too much pepper" ok, So I ordered two of chesse & an enchilada. I notice she brings chips and salsa to every table except where I'm sitting. I say to myself it's ok I'm here for the food I ordered. The chesse chiles rellenos did not only not have any Chile but even worse NO CHEESE! What was the point of ordering Cheese Chile Rellenos if there wasn't any chesse? I paid around $12.00 for just flower...! I informed the waitress and her reply at first was just "Thank you." I repeated myself & she replied "I told you it didnt have chile". I replied "Yea you didn't say it didn't have chesse." This is my first review ever so that should say something about this place. Forget Leo's it should be renamed zer0's (zer0's Imitation Mexican Grill) because that's how much more paper they'll be receiving from me. place has great give food is also awesome. The reason I'm giving such a bad rating is because of my experience today. I ordered the fajitas which where great. While I was making the order i specified no cheese or cream. I have really bad food sencitivity. So the girl at the register responded with "no problem". When I recurved my order I noticed white specs on the guacamole. As I ran dork thru it was apparent that they had put cream on the guacamole and just stired it up hoping I didn't notice. I guess it is more important for this owner not to waste guacamole then his customers health. After I took it back they decided to give me a plate with no guacamole and they gave me Beans with cheese. At this point I knew my health was not a concern. I told her I rather not have anything anymore didn't want to risk it. She took it back it only took a few seconds for the kitchen to bust out in laughter. Lord knows what else goes on in...

Head to Leo's for the best Taco Tuesday deal in town! This place never disappoints and the service is pretty quick! (considering how busy they get for lunch)

You can choose from all the traditional options like chicken, carne asada, al pastor, carnitas for street taco style. Or try the fried potato taco to mix things up. My current favorite is the fish taco, which is served with pico, lettuce and spicy mayo. Regardless of the preference, these tacos are $1.75 on Tuesdays (and Fridays). I also grabbed an order of chips and salsa for $1. They have a fresh salsa bar with all the accoutrements including 4 different salsa varieties, limes, onions, cilantro and marinated veggies.

I have also swooped in on non-taco days for breakfast burritos which are also super delicious. I do wish this place had margaritas, but I'm not going to deduct a star for that.
