First and foremost, Jesse, the manager, sets the tone for exceptional customer service. He's not only incredibly welcoming but also ensures that everything runs smoothly. Rick, the owner, clearly takes pride in his establishment, as it's evident in the overall ambiance and attention to detail.

Now, let's talk about AJ, the superstar bar tender. AJ's skills behind the bar are unmatched. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cocktail or something unique, Her craft the perfect drink for you. Her knowledge of mixology is impressive, and her friendly demeanor makes you feel right at home.

The food at R Bar is a real treat. I had the pleasure of sampling their flatbread pizza, fish and chips, wings, and nachos. Each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The flatbread pizza had a delightful crispy crust, and the fish and chips were golden and crispy. The wings were finger-licking good, and the nachos were loaded with all the right toppings. It's clear that the kitchen team takes pride in their culinary creations.

For sports enthusiasts like me, R Bar is heaven. With over 15 TVs strategically placed throughout the bar, you won't miss a single game or match. The vibrant atmosphere during game days is electrifying, and the camaraderie among patrons makes every visit memorable.

The R Bar is awesome! Honestly had one of the best times in my life here. Met the owner which was a sincerely rad dude had a positive vibe enthusiastic energetic. The service was much more than i expected as the actually tend to you needs, in which most places dont evem care for. Real talk no bs just syraight honesty great beer as well as guest beers(local breweries). Had an overall 10 out of 10 time great atmosphere tons of tvs so youll alway have a view no matter how packed in the place can get. One of Long Beaches treasures. This place is usually pretty roudy all day..I went to buy the chicken empenadas even though I heard a bad review from a co worker I wanted to try them and now I know why absolutely gross..the were soggy..I was really disappointed ☹️.
