Sam's Club Cafe — Restaurant in Long Beach

The food is great, but the employees are so rude. I waited an hour for an online order and the guy giving out the food seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I kindly asked how my food was coming along and he said that he’d check up on that and totally didn’t. I understand that sometimes food can take awhile, especially during busy hours, but this wasn’t the case. People were coming up and getting their food even though they got there later than I did, and their number in line was bigger than mine. When I finally asked again, he said he’d check up on it again, and he takes out the WARMER, meaning my order was ready all along. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. They're super understaffed. It's frustrating for both the customers and the staff. I get it. They might have like 2-3 employees behind the counter, but there's like 20 people waiting in line with another 20 people waiting for food. The shopping experience at Sam's is alot more pleasant than Costco. Less crowded, self checkout, scan a d go all great. Food Court food, not as good.
