I’ve gone to this location twice now the first time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they said that their online ordering wasn’t working and told me to get to the back of the line if I wanted to order even though my card had already been charged. I just went back to give them a second chance and when I ordered and asked for a side of olives the (what looked like manager) told me he wasn’t allowed to give out olives because there wasn’t a way to charge for them ??? This was after letting me know they were out of garlic for the garlic bread… I’m not understand the way this establishment is ran. I work across the street and come here on my lunch break and am continuously met with bad consumer service and rude employees. This place is not worth the waste of time energy and money.

5/12/2022 At 3AM, Blaze Pizza comes out the other end. Blaze Pizza is the worst pizza I have eaten IN MY LIFE. This isn't just bad, it's UNHEALTHY. The crust tastes like cardboard, they forgot to put on the Mozzarella that I paid for, and they were stingy with the other toppings too. The dizzy delivery person was twenty minutes late, the pizza was cold, and even though I wrote instructions to deliver on the second floor, I find the delivery person standing at a door on the first floor. Blaze Pizza managed to get NOTHING right. Before you order Blaze Pizza, order toilet paper first.

Executive Chef Bradford Kent of Olio pizza in Los Angeles was hired to create the perfect pizza crust. great. He is teaches the Pizzasmith’s at blaze how to ferment the dough. It took Kent over one year to create the pizza dough for Blaze Pizza. It is a special perfectly round 11" crust that is formed in a pizza press.

The Blaze Pizza dough is handled with respect. The overnight fermentation process gives it a special and unique flavor and consistency.

I ordered the Art Lover Pizza with artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, red sauce dollops. The bright red tomatoes are ripe and sweet.

They sell 6 different types of salads for those who want some greens with their dough.

I work for food delivery service. I was picking up a prepaid order and it took just over 30 minutes for me to get out the door because they were so backed up with a long unmoving line for food deliveries and a long unmoving line for customers. There was one person cutting pies, while pizzas just sat on the counter uncut for a while. I understand every employee was just doing their job and working hard but I would blame upper management (corporate) for agreeing to offer food delivery pickup when they are obviously not prepared for such a demand. It wasn’t so much that they were understaffed but from what I was seeing they simply do not have enough counter space to prepare/cut customer pies/ food delivery order. 02/11/19 at 6:45 was the longest I had to wait for a food delivery pickup - I had upset customers calling me asking where their orders were.
