5/12/2022 At 3AM, Blaze Pizza comes out the other end. Blaze Pizza is the worst pizza I have eaten IN MY LIFE. This isn't just bad, it's UNHEALTHY. The crust tastes like cardboard, they forgot to put on the Mozzarella that I paid for, and they were stingy with the other toppings too. The dizzy delivery person was twenty minutes late, the pizza was cold, and even though I wrote instructions to deliver on the second floor, I find the delivery person standing at a door on the first floor. Blaze Pizza managed to get NOTHING right. Before you order Blaze Pizza, order toilet paper first.

I work for food delivery service. I was picking up a prepaid order and it took just over 30 minutes for me to get out the door because they were so backed up with a long unmoving line for food deliveries and a long unmoving line for customers. There was one person cutting pies, while pizzas just sat on the counter uncut for a while. I understand every employee was just doing their job and working hard but I would blame upper management (corporate) for agreeing to offer food delivery pickup when they are obviously not prepared for such a demand. It wasn’t so much that they were understaffed but from what I was seeing they simply do not have enough counter space to prepare/cut customer pies/ food delivery order. 02/11/19 at 6:45 was the longest I had to wait for a food delivery pickup - I had upset customers calling me asking where their orders were.
