Read moreWe ordered 4 breakfast burritos around 10 in the morning on a Wednesday. Personally I had a ham burrito, but based on my friends' accounts, the type of meat you order in your burrito doesn't change the fact that you will be getting as little meat as possible in your burrito. instead it will be filled with a scarce scattering of pico, and egg, with the vast majority of it being mushy potato. while not absolutely terrible, it's not a place I will go back to. and I will admit that it isn't too bad for the price you're paying. at around 7.50 for a decent sized burrito, it's fairly reasonable. But I feel that I can't be the only one who would want a smaller burrito with a better ratio of fillings. or just tastier fillings. the other redeeming quality is the verde salsa. it was flavorful and nicely spicy. but that just wasn't enough to save the experience. The staff are friendly and the establishment itself is clean enough. overall, perhaps it is a place I would go if I was down on my luck and needed something quick and cheap to eat. However, past that I can't see any...
Read moreVery nice little Mexican restaurant. Informal. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Plain decor. Reasonable prices considering the excellent quality of the food. Generous portions.

She had a cheese omelet with mozzarella cheese, bacon and home fries. It had plenty of home fries, plenty of bacon, and she enjoyed it. I had a veggie burrito. It was excellent. It was pretty big. The main suggestion that I have for Frank's is that they change their salsa from the highly liquid salsa that they give out with the corn chips, and that drips down onto my shirt every time I eat the chips with that liquid salsa, to virtually any other salsa recipe that wouldn't drip onto their customers' shirts or blouses.
There's street parking out front and around the corner. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
I recommend Frank's, but be careful of the...
