This review is based more on the overall cleanliness and pricing than the flavor of the food. While the dishes are well-cooked and packed with flavor, the exterior of the building and the outside seating area are extremely unkept—it honestly doesn’t look like they’ve been cleaned in quite some time. It gives off an unappealing first impression, and even when peeking through the window, the kitchen didn’t look much better. The food itself is tasty, though a bit on the salty side and definitely overpriced for what you get. A simple plate can easily run you upwards of $50–$100, especially if you opt for one of their drinks or specialty items. It’s more of a “once-in-a-while” spot or something you grab when you’re really craving it—not an everyday place. On a positive note, their customer service is great. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, which helps make up for some of the other shortcomings. With better upkeep and a bit more value for the price, this could easily be a 5-star spot.

I ordered a chicken and shrimp plate as soon as I got off work, the cashier repeated the order back to me 2 times and then told me wait 25 mins, I waited 25 mins came back to my order just being finish, the cashier gave me my order and repeated it to me again only for me to open out before I leave and it to be shrimp and beef instead of shrimp and chicken, I went to tell them about the mistake and told the guy “yo this is wrong it supposed to be chicken and shrimp,” for some reason the guy told me to relax although I was relaxed just tired. They seemed irritated and bothered with my presence not worth the money if your downtown stay away from here there’s other spots that sell the same thing try then

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

I've tried really really hard to like Habachihana Grill. When the food is done well, it's pretty excellent. As in, way above average. Even though it's a bit expensive, I think it's justifiable for the price. However, when it's bad, it's terribly terribly bad. I've decided to stop ordering from here and stop buying anything from Habachihana Grill. This is the second time for food was oversalted. As in 20 minutes after the meal, which was left unfinished, I could still taste the salt in my mouth. I'm really upset that for a place that advertises and presents itself as a high end fast food place, they could mess up an order that badly. A steak and chicken combo is easily over $50 (more after delivery) and I ended up with food that I just threw away after a few bites.

The problem with consistency like this is what am I as a customer to do? Come back and give them another shot? I've already done that. In fact, the last time I ordered from them was fantastic, but I'm not gonna gamble over $50 every...

We've walked past this place several times and it always smells so good, so we decided to stop be prepared for a very long wait. It took us 45 minutes to get our food and we just weren't expecting that. A little heads up might have been better than the people. Taking your order were super friendly and nice except they got all of our orders wrong and of course we didn't realize until we got home. Got to give us the side of vegetables that they charged us for. And then I'm allergic to carrots. So I asked for the fried rice without carrots if possible. She said absolutely and then I had carrots in my fried rice so I couldn't eat it. The food was really tasty. Just very expensive and with everything combined with getting the order wrong wait time it just wasn't really worth it. I'd be willing to go back if for some reason the wait time was quicker and the staff actually made sure that to give you the...
