RenewMe IV Therapy + Medspa — Local services in Los Angeles

The reviews on this place are bogus and I do not suggest going here. They ripped me off. I visited several times and was treated with a combo of IV therapies that I later found out (from several doctors) were not supposed to be administered together. When I tried to speak to the nurse about my concerns, she berated me and said “no refunds under any circumstances.” That’s a big red flag in itself.

The nurse also said a bunch of false information about COVID and ranted about how they “don’t need to wear masks” despite the fact that medically vulnerable people visit their clinic, because “it’s not the law.” The nurse was also deeply misinformed about COVID and didn’t realize that because it’s an airborne virus it can absolutely travel more than 6 feet, and that surgical masks don’t offer full protection against airborne viruses. I would expect someone in a health facility seeing vulnerable patients to want to keep them safe, but she was not interested.

As someone who is very medically vulnerable and high risk for covid, I would not set foot here again. Overall this place seems suspicious. The nurse kept touting their positive reviews, but I don’t believe they are genuine. The girl who referred me here said that she also had an unpleasant experience.

It’s disappointing, I hoped they’d listen to what my very reputable doctors were saying and work to make sure they’re administering the correct protocols. The fact that they didn’t, and lashed out at me with Covid misinformation, and said that they’d only do the bare minimum of what they’re mandated to by the law, even when it endangers their vulnerable patients, tells me they are not an informed or safe medical/health facility.

I wish I could post a video I took of the kids playing, some on their fones watching loud videos, 6 different conversations going. This is freaking ridiculous. If one person is getting a drip, you should NOT be allowed to bring 9 other people with you. This is suppose to be relaxing. I don’t want to hear 6 conversations and kids playing. Come on! I’ve had 5-6 drips here but not sure I’ll be back based on this experience. Not sure what kind of spa allows this, but this place. This isn’t the first time company has been allowed. Renew spa is my weekly go to for IV therapy and weekly shots of (B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D). I can stress enough how adding weekly shots to me regimen has help with my busy hectic traveling life style. I went in one day very sick I think I was coming down with the flu and got there IV therapy of high vitamin C and I was good and cured within the next 48 hrs to catch my flight. Lelia and Dr. Jones are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and always educate me on what vitamins are good.
