It's Boba Time-Venice Beach — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Wow, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this little Boba shop. I drove for Uber Eats and came here to pick up an order for a customer. The order had a problem, and I was waiting there, figuring it out with Uber support. While waiting, Jessie, the girl at the front desk, made me a fresh iced milk tea drink. Yummy! The milk tea was unique and so refreshing. They have so many drink options you can choose from; the location is BOMB- right in front of the beach! The people there are fantastic- they love what they do and will treat you with patience and gratitude. Thanks to my side hustle (drive for Uber eats), I know many incredible, hidden places in the Santa Monica/Venice/ MDR area. This place is 10/10...

My husband and I absolutely love stopping by It's Boba Time whenever we walk to Venice Beach. They have an amazing selection of boba drinks, teas, and smoothies, and everything is reasonably priced. We always look forward to grabbing something refreshing here after our walk.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is their loyalty program. It takes 15 stamps to earn just $6 off, which feels a little steep. I’d personally prefer if it were more like 10 stamps for a free drink, as that would make it more rewarding.

I recently ordered a large peanut butter smoothie at Boba Time on Venice Beach, and the experience was disappointing. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the smoothie was made for a small size and instead of remaking it, the staff simply added ice, blended it briefly, and poured it into a large cup, which was still not full. When I pointed out the issue and asked for it to be remade, they dismissed my concern, handed me the smoothie, and shut the window without further acknowledgment.
