Paros Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We used to order delivery from here ALL THE TIME. A couple months ago we went to order our usual and the Garlic Sauce was not listed anywhere. I called and was told they still had and to just add it in the notes and they would put it in my order. I did and they didn’t. I kept checking back on all the apps you can use to order delivery and the garlic sauce was never returned as an option. We just don’t love the chicken without the sides of garlic sauce. We tried about twice more but without the garlic sauce this just wasn’t our favorite anymore. I literally cannot understand why this isn’t available for delivery anymore. Apparently, this restaurant doesn’t know what “service dogs” are. I brought in my service dog. I showed them my service dog card when I entered the restaurant and they tried to kick me out. The whole kitchen looked at me like they wanted to jump me. I wished they would have called the police, so the police can make them feel even more stupid of trying to kick out a service dog when they arrive. The manager or the owner of this store needs to educate their employees how things are here in the United States. If you don’t know basic laws of “normal dogs” vs “service dogs” then you shouldn’t work anywhere customer service. Simple. My food was 4/5, but customer service was -1/5, so I’m gonna give them a 1 star....

I had to give my favorite restaurant a three-star review the reason why is because they are not being responsible with how their food tastes for example the first time he changed the burger meat and people were unhappy about that now this time around he took out the grill the heart and soul of the restaurant he took it out completely changing the entire flavor profile of all the beef and meat that is served at the restaurant no barbecue restaurant in this country would ever clean or touch their grills this was the largest Mistake by far and I can no longer support the good...
