Not sure they even deserve a one star. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am a butterfly and roses type of person so it HURTS me to write a bad review. Unfortunately, I have no choice in this situation. This particular store says it opens at 5am but often when I pull in at that time, the workers are standing outside smoking and I wait a good 5-10 minutes before anyone comes to the speaker to take my order. Every morning I get the same thing - a large coke, that's it and they see me pull in but still I sit there and wait. One time they didn't take my order at all so I drove up to the window and knocked on it and the worker said, "We aren't open yet." I said, "What time do you open?" She said, "5." I said, "well, it is 5:10 and I just would like to order a coke. Can I get a coke?" She said, "I'll have to ask my manager. Hold on." She walks away very slowly and I sit there and wait some more. She finally comes back and said, "Ok. You can get a coke." It wouldn't be a big deal if this happened once in a blue moon but it happens EVERY morning and it makes me late to my job! I've recently started to go to another McDonalds, 2 exits out of my way just to avoid starting my day EVERY DAY with frustration. If you "Open" at 5am then get there at 4:30 to make sure you are ready to go at 5am. This location needs new management and employees who have a little...
Read moreMcDonald's was clean and tidy inside. Outside looked appealing on the way inside. It has a small lobby so if there are more than 3 parties ordering/waiting to order, the drink station is probably blocked. We put our order in on the kiosk since only 1 order taker was on duty. It didn't really make things any faster, though. In fact, we had to wait a bit longer than we are used to.
Food came up. It was hot and fresh. I had ordered a biscuits and gravy as an extra since I had not seen them in any other McD's this trip. As per what happens most often, biscuits that should have been tossed last hour are kept and used for the biscuits and gravy. In the past I have taken the food back when this happens, but I just dealt with a rubbery hard biscuit today.
We had the biscuits and gravy and a big breakfast. Back at the table we have no silverware or salt/pepper packets. This is a good place to mention that if it's more than a straw or napkin, it's behind the counter. We were generously given 2 salt and 2 pepper packets. Woo Hoo! One of is went back to get more (the sausage gravy needs a ton of pepper and salt to make it taste real).
So there were two of us, and you know what we ordered, yet from start to finish we were in this McDonald's for 45 minutes! Too Long! And, not to mention trying to get out of there and turn left is...
Read moreSeriously, avoid this McDonald's all costs!!! Everytime I order Mcnuggets I get it with the ranch from the salad. Today, I made sure to order it at the drive through lane. Normally they don't charge me extra for it but this time when I got my food it did not have the ranch as requested. I asked for it again, just as I had at the box. The gentleman at the window went back and I was greated by a woman who was yelling at me (spit even fell on my face as she talked) about how I needed to pay extra for the ranch. I did not appreciate being yelled at to pay for something THAT I ORDERED. Acting like it is my fault that I didn't pay for the ranch when I told them that is what I wanted it just just ludicrous.
I would have paid the extra charge had she been even remotely nicer, but the customer service here is unacceptable. You should never start out by yelling at the customer when YOU failed to take down order correctly. This isn't even the first time this happened.
Before this my husband and I ordered 2 double quarter pounders, they got the order wrong and gave us 2 quarter pounders. When we called to let them know the mistake they yelled at my husband that he would have to bring back in the burgers and then they would charge the difference. They are hostile and negligent, avoid this place...
