This is the second Google review I’ve ever made! I eat out somewhere at least once daily. Most of the time it’s in the evening between 7pm and 2am. I have a big family and I don’t have time to cook every meal. Rally’s happens to be very close to my house so we keep trying to go back to this location in hopes that things have changed.I writing this review for the Newcut location if not, Newcut is the one I am talking about. First, I work at Red Lobster so I know the customer service is unacceptably poor. They are very rude. Every time I go there, the person in the drive-through is so busy they rudely tell me to wait if I say hello before they greet me after I’ve been sitting there long enough to wonder if they are even open and usually when I go there’s no cars in the drive-through and sometimes the lights are out before they’re closing time and they get smart with you for trying to come through. The food always taste like it’s old and I haven’t enjoyed the fries in a couple years. I can’t even make myself go there anymore and that’s a shame because I used to love it. There was so much stuff in the drive-through that I had to get out of my car and move it to actually drive through! It was almost as if they put it there to stop people from coming through because it was like upside down cups, sitting like cones. The hotdogs were horrible. The fries are always old, Everything was cold and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Sadly when I called to talk about something missing from my order, The “manager on duty” or someone acting as such hung up on me and then told me to come up there and tell her to her face. Or she can meet me in the parking lot. I’m a older woman. I have six children and three grandchildren and in no way was I being disrespectful or out of line. I am not a Karen. But, It was like a bunch of loud teenagers being disrespectful and it made me very uneasy. I felt threatened and almost intimidated to even say anything. I wasted over $60 the last time I went and I will ever go unless things change. Only God knows how many times I have returned hoping they got this location in professional order. I called corporate once and nothing ever happened. Place is still the same. Don’t...

Read moreWe had a terrible experience. When we pulled up to the ordering station, it was quickly apparent that the voice talking to us was AI. My husband ordered hot dogs for our children and the machine told us to pull up and pay, but we hadn’t ordered our own food. My husband tried to order more, but all we got was silence. We hadn’t been there before, and needed to continue looking at the menu to decide what we wanted before pulling to the window. After a minute, while we were still deciding, a man came out a door and yelled at us to pull up. When we got to the window, the woman there was very rude and obviously frustrated as my husband tried to explain what happened and that we were not done ordering at the machine. She argued with him and barely let him communicate what we wanted. Finally, after telling her our order, she gave us our food, but the hotdogs were squished and disfigured and my chicken sandwich was dry and the bun also squished. I’ve never been to a restaurant and treated so rudely and without decency or respect. Just because fast food is less quality than any respectable sit down restaurant does give the employees any reason to be rude and unkind and indecent to customers. And it’s not like they were busy, there was one car at another window when we pulled up. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Will never go again and will warn...
