McDonald's — Restaurant in Loveland

Another horrible and disrespectful experience.. Let me just describe my most recent visit.. Pull up to the order thing and said the following.. "What will you have" let me get a bundle up 4 large cokes and a cheeseburger okay that will be 14.02 go ahead and pull up... pulls up and pays no receipt givin she didnt have dollar bills so I had a fist full of quarters instead.. Now I get to the window and when I'm handed my food I notice how light it is and low and behold 20pc nuggets two frys and the cheeseburger no big macs? So we ask and immediately get faced with a girl black ponytail younger girl nasty looks and a careless mentality followed you could tell from a mile away she hates her job.. She is fumbling around not knowing whats going on argues for a bit trying to say uh no you ordered this practically calling us a liar lol like who would really lie over something so petty? Then comes the manager this rude short lady who simply enjoy those big macs on us! I was frozen in disbelief are foods cold by the time this gets sorted and were treated like garbage because of their mistake? This will literally be our last visit and to any one who reads this your better off driving the extra mile or so to the next McDonald's if you remotely value being treated like a paying customer (with respect) and having your order done right the first time.. I wana wrap this up by saying they literally are beyond unorganized and its sad watching them mess orders up constantly and run around like a headless chicken... Then to again be faced with such dis respect when you point their error out and they make an effort to flip it on you is just pretty bad 👎 this place needs to be...

Sunday, July 24, 11:45 AM: Went inside to order at the Foxtail Dr. location because there were 3-4 cars in the drive-thru. There was no line inside, in fact, I was the only customer in there. A lady with black hair in a low bun walked up to the register and in an annoyed demeanor said she'd be with me in just a moment. I said, "no problem!" She then proceeded to continue filling and taking drive-thru orders. Over the next 5-6 minutes, she filled at least 4 drive-thru orders and took another 3-4 orders. She never came back to the front register to take my order. She even walked near the front register a few times to grab something like lids or other items she needed to fulfill the drive thru orders. She was not-so-subtly avoiding eye-contact and sometimes she would make eye contact with me - but it looked more like a dirty glare than anything else. Anyways, I ended up leaving after about 7 minutes total of being completely ignored by her and 3 of her co-workers. Really terrible service. Really mean and rude employees. If anyone wants to feel invisible, just go inside this McDonald's and walk up to any of the registers. Just make sure to not go hungry; you're not gonna...

Awful experience. My boyfriend went to pick up dinner on his way home. He ordered a number 2, no pickles and add big Mac sauce. The number 2 is the 2 cheese burgers. He ordered himself a spicy chicken sandwich and a 4 piece nugget. They had to have him pull over to wait for his food even though there was not a large like at the moment. He sat in the parking lot after paying to wait for our food for 25 minutes while 7 to 8 cars were helped and given food. They finally brought the food out, cold and completely wrong. They gave him instead of the 2 cheese burgers, 1 quarter pounder. No big mac sauce and what looked like extra pickles. There was barely any ketchup on the burger either. At this point he just left without wanting to deal with it longer than he already had, plus he not very confrontational so he often avoids these type of situations. They are pretty lucky he was getting dinner and not me. How do you make him wait 25 minutes, serve everyone behind him and make him wait and watch this then when you do bring his food, you can't even get it right!? Oh, they did throw us a pie for...
