UPDATE (2019/6/2): This location is still not great. Outside, a long line of cars looking to not be moving. Inside, one person working register/order fulfillment during a lunch rush? It took me 30 minutes to order and receive my take out order. I watched a couple, that walked in a few minutes before I left, leave because they could tell it would be awhile and they didn't want to wait. The order update screen is still not being used properly. My food wasn't ready, but my name was listed under "Ready" and then it disappeared. I had to ask what was going on to get my full order.
Luckily, the food is still good. The exception being I forgot to ask for no mayo on my burger. So I said something almost immediately (less than a minute) to the person running the register. He said he'd tell them, but then proceeded to fool around with the register drawer for some reason (wasn't currently helping anyone) and I never heard him tell them. So SURPRISE, I had mayo on my burger, and lots more than normal like they did it to spite me. But I'm sure it was just that no one was told and they were a little heavy handed on the Mayo.
Original Review: This particular location is definitely not as good as it used to be. Food is fine, but since the renovation, the staff seemed to completely change. They're either not properly trained, or just not really interested in doing their job.
Not to mention, seems to be understaffed, or the person in order of scheduling doesn't know that they're doing. Middle of the afternoon, drive-thru 5 or 6 cars deep and 5 customers inside waiting to order. Only one person on a register taking orders, who is also fulfilling said orders. Not efficient at all.
Unpreventable, one of the soda machines was on the fritz, not dispensing as it should.
There is a TV screen above where you pick up your order, but it doesn't seem to get used. I stood there waiting as my name was listed under "In Progress", until the lone cashier asked if I was waiting for something. I said "Yes, my food." "Oh, it's ready right here." I wasn't in much of a hurry, but commented that my name was still listed under "In Progress", not "Ready". Cashier didn't seem to care much.
At least my food order was correct and...
Read moreWent to Wendy's last night through the drive thru. I ordered one value meal the new chicken mozzarella sandwich with upgraded garlic fries. When I pulled up I said hello but the young tattoo neck white girl didn't respond took my card and handed it back to me with no receipt and had an attitude so I said thank you. Still no response. Then a young man handed me 3 bags and I took two of them as I looked in I saw a receipt for 30.55$ I was confused and told them this is not my order. I tried to explain that I only ordered one value meal and the girl walked away shutting the window comes back and hands me 12$. I said here and she told me she couldn't take the food back. I tried to explain again my original total was only 12$ so she still owed me money. When she got more of an attitude I just asked to have all my money back. She handed me 27$ back and I again tell her your still short because the total was $30.55 to which an older Hispanic lady who i assume was a manger came over and said she only owes you 3$ to make 30.55 I said ok then. To which the girl was sobbing about how im so mean because she dosent understand how she did the order wrong. The older lady hands me me the 3$ and asks me if I got my food i said you can have it back i don't need free food. She shut the window on me and walked away. FYI young lady how you messed up the order is that you put my order and the next cars order together most likely. Be humble because if you get the right one here in Harrisburg they are going to give you back plus more than the attitude...
Read moreHad an incident with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in life. After waiting 15 min to get to the window, I showed the window cashier my app.deal. She said "it doesn't work". Then proceeded to tell me the amount again. I politely said if you can't use this deal I'll order something else, I only ordered it for the deal. She then told me with a very rude tone to go around and get in line again if you want to order something else. Keep in mind I get 30 min for lunch. I asked to see the manager and she started screaming. Yes the cashier started screaming at her manager across the kitchen and in front of the customers inside. "Tell this woman she needs to drive around.. She needs to leave this window. I'm not taking another order. Tell her she got to pull around" You would think after this he would be apologetic. Not at all. He asked what I needed I told him she said the deal wouldn't work so I wanted to order something else. In 10 seconds he put in the correct code and took my money. The icing on the cake was how indifferent he acted to me. Never said sorry about the confusion, I apologize for her behavior, or even thank you for the purchase. He just took the money and walked away. I've never left a restaurant feeling upset. There is a total breakdown in training and...
