I placed an order through the mobile app on 01/29/2025 at about 9:35pm. When I arrived my order was not ready I was asked to pull forward to the last window where I waited almost 15 minutes for my food. When I got home and took my food out of the bag and started checking it I noticed my entire order was incorrect! I ordered the double cheeseburger meal with only pickles, ketchup & cheese there was lettuce on the burgers. I ordered the chicken bundle 4 McChickens with only cheese & lettuce, they had only mayo & lettuce no cheese! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers one with everything the other only cheese lettuce & pickle they came with cheese, pickle, mustard, ketchup, & onions! I was very upset because spent $43.64 on this order and the entire thing was wrong! I called the McDonald's to speak with a store manager to resolve the issue and a man named Armando answered the phone who hardly understood or spoke english, I was trying to communicate with him but he wasn't understanding anything I was saying it took him 2 minutes to understand I placed the order through the app & that I picked my order up in the drive thru & that it was completely wrong. I then put my husband on the phone who speaks Spanish to help me tell the "manager" Armando what the issue was he was very rude & sarcastic to my husband then told us to bring all the food back or he can't help me. I proceeded to ask if there was maybe a way he could credit me for another time because by this time it was already 10:15pm I was very tired my children were crying they were tired as well and it would be an inconvenience for me to pack up 3 toddlers and all the food & head back to them and have to wait for my food to be remade. He set the phone and walked away because I only heard background noise & my husband was saying hello a bunch of times & no response was received. I disconnected the call in order to call back the store thinking maybe we just had a bad connection only for the phone to continuously ring with no answer. I proceeded to call again from my husband's phone only to find the phone was then routed straight to "unavailable/voicemail". U am very upset about how I treated and how the situation was handled so very unprofessional! I really am leaning towards never returning to that location again and writing bad review on every platform there is. This is no way to handle business or run a business, if these are the type of people "promoted" to represent your company this is a horrible operation of management! Read moreI tried to order a simple order for Mobile pick up. I followed all the instructions and waited 20 minutes at assigned spot. I look at my app it shows my order was picked up 10 minutes prior. I go in and ask about my order and the so called manager was very rude. She said I don’t understand it takes about five minutes from when you check in. So I asked why was it marked as picked up after 10 minutes. No answer so I said is there a problem or can I then pick up my order now. There was no order ready they had to prepare it then. She was very rude in saying will make it now but you’re not understanding it takes time. To which I lost my patience and said that if it takes five minutes to order process and then another five to bring out that’s ok. But waiting 20 minutes when it’s not busy is not ok. And arguing with me is rude especially when now you say order was done and picked up. So you’re not saying I’m lying about my order. I asked her for a manager she said there isn’t one it’s me and I explained to you what happened. I told her I would reach back out later to the owner because there was no need for her to say all that. A simple apology and completing the order was all I wanted. Needless to say she filled it wrong and I left because I wasn’t going to argue with her since she wouldn’t even look at my order on my phone. This isn’t the first time my order is wrong or an employee is rude and defensive. Read moreI was at this McDonald’s on this date 11-25-24 time of ordered food was 06:08. 1. My 10 year old son needed to use the bathroom to wash his hands, however he needed to be buzzed in for entry. I don’t understand how this type of service is rendered in a middle upper class neighborhood like la grange. I was perplexed as my son even had to shout to get someone’s attention to access the entry! I for one was already bummed out about that since I’ve NEVER been to a McDonald’s that disabled the bathroom entry. This is BAD for the local folk and consumers that need entry. 2. I ordered my food at 06:08 but waited 11 minutes. I had to get the attention of the cook to acknowledge my presence. The employee asked me “do you want order food” my response was “ I already did and been waiting for quiet sometime”. They brought out my food 11 minutes after ordering my food from the kiosk. I had to explain to my son why the reasoning of how bad service looked like. It’s no wonder why McDonald’s is not doing very well. they even charged my son for a small cup of water .30 cents. I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s and NEVER been charged a penny for water. I asked for the store manager and she afforded me her presence but to no unvail she had nothing to say or apologize for the bad service and the long waiting.
