Fatty's Pizza — Restaurant in Macon

My job ordered pizza and wings for a pizza party. We ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza and 40 wings. 10 garlic parm, 10 hot, 20 lemon pepper. Got back to the office and no hot wings. So I called, the cashier told me I can come get them. So I go back to pick up the wings and I was asked did I bring back the wings that I wasn’t supposed to have. I said no. So this lady ( owner assistant) comes up and explained to me why they asked for them. I honestly don’t care cause at this point I’m irritated. I told her that the young lady know what I ordered and she told her. She also asked the cashier did she check the boxes In front of me and she said NO! She explained to her that she needs to do that from now on. Then she tells me she’s going to go ahead and do it this time (I’m looking off because I’m beyond pist) then because I’m not looking at her she says she not giving me the wings. So I’m livid!!!! I go back to my job get the 20 wings and asked for my money back!!! I’m not quite sure how you mess up my order, require me to do something that wasn’t asked of me when I called back and then get mad cause I’m not looking at you when you’re talking like I’m a child!!! Buy this “owner assistant” says she don’t have to show me good customer service because I was rude because I wasn’t looking at her!!!! The audacity!!!! It’s not my job to look at you but it’s your job to right your wrong!!! I go to Fattys almost twice a week for lunch…..I will never go back!! Oh then she gave me my money back didn’t say anything…. for those who would like a story along with this review, buckle up and save your money for FNAF games. Our food came about an hour late. That is not actually too bad, but considering the restaurant was far from busy and everyone around us (from arriving before to even those after us) had already been served and left, it was kinda… well.. bad. It felt like watching generations pass as each table got a new family anywhoooo my sister had clearly grown distressed due to hunger so my father went to ask what had happened. Apparently they had not been informed about our order. Odd. I wonder if the fact that the cashier was watching tiktoks while taking orders AND juggling phone calls had anything to do with that. Upon further amateur investigation our order ticket was found in the trash can. They apologized and said they were putting our pizza in the oven. Much later our pizza had still not shown up and just as i was preparing to make the pie myself, one of the employees happened to look on top of the oven where a pizza box had been sitting for at least thirty minutes. It was ours. My mom about lost it at that point. My sister also started sobbing the second she saw food (actually did happen my life is a disney movie) we never got a refund or even a coupon a sincere apology wouldve been nice, too

1 Star is being very generous. I can’t rate the pizza because I never got the pizza. I ordered a pizza online for pick-up. It was a standard, right- off-the menu pie; nothing special. The website told me 15-20 mins until it was ready. I wanted to call the store to double check, but for the next 20 mins there was no answer. When they finally picked up after almost 30 mins of calling I was told my pizza was about to go in the oven right then. I got in my car and started driving. It only took me about 7-8 minutes to get the attention of the young lady working the counter. She was EXTREMELY busy ignoring the store patrons while the phone rang incessantly. I asked about my pizza. It wasn’t ready- they had not even started it. The cook was fixing it right that second, they swore it- come back in 20 mins and they would have it on the counter waiting. On my return 25 mins later they still had not even prepared the pizza, much less cooked it. There were almost no dine-in customers there; a few on the back porch. They were NOT busy. There were so many people behind the counter laughing, joking, fooling around, anything other than working. It was bad- I almost felt like I was being Punk’d. The joke was definitely on me. It didn’t take long for me to lose it. I didn’t even want the pizza by then.

This place will never get my service again. If the owners read this- you need to spend some time in your business. I will never step foot in that place again. If you want pizza- go...
