Wendy's — Restaurant in Manchester Township

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST WENDYS EVER. I WAS TRAVELING AFTER PICKING SOMEONE UP IN PA AND I GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND A LADY NAMED HOLLY Z TOOK MY ORDER. HOLLY NEVER GAVE ME BACK MY DEBIT CARD...SHE TOLD ME TO PULL FORWARD AND MY FOOD WOULD BE OUT SHORTLY BECAUSE THEY JUST OPENED. I RECEIVED MY FOOD AND THEY TOLD ME MY DEBIT CARD WAS IN THE BAG. LUCKILY I DID NOT DRIVE OFF, I LOOK IN THE BAG AND MY DEBIT CARD WAS BROKEN INTO PIECES AND TAPPED BACK TOGETHER. I WENT INSIDE THE STORE AND ASKED FOR THE STORE MANAGER. I SPOKE WITH A LADY NAMED BIANCA WHO TOLD ME SHE WAS ONE OF THE STORE MANAGERS. BIANCA INFORMED ME I COULD GET A REFUND AND IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT TWO DAYS. STILL NO REFUND. I CONTACTED THE SO CALLED "Corporate " OFFICE THEY WERE NO HELP. BIANCA CALLS ME BACK AFTER I LEFT MY NUMBER WITH HER FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER TO CALL ME AND TELLS ME THAT SHE SPOKE WITH THE DISTRICT MGR AND SHE SAID I COULD GET A REFUND BUT I WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE TO PA. I LIVE 3 HRS FROM PA WHY WOULD I DRIVE THERE FOR A REFUND THAT YOU CAN PROCESS OVER THE PHONE? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER GO TO THIS DAMN WENDYS. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY BREAK MY CARD AND I HAD TO GET SOMEONE TO WESTERN UNION ME MONEY FOR GAS TO GET BACK HOME. JUST TERRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE NO...

Update May 15, 2022:. Friends of ours wanted to stop here for a quick bite to eat and so we agreed. I knew they had supposedly remodeled the inside and were reopened for business. There were four of us, two couples, and we went in and asked if we were allowed to eat inside. They said yes we were. The first couple places their order and tried to pay with cash and the person behind the counter told them they did not have any change. Thinking that meant coin change, they began to count out exact points. They actually meant they had no dollars for change either and so it became an issue since our friend did not have a card with them. How can you run a fast food restaurant and not have change, coins or dollar bills. This continues to be the absolutely worse run Wendy's I've ever visited and I would give it negative stars if it was possible.

I pulled in the parking lot to see no customers inside and then I pull up to the drive thru to see no one's at the drive thru this was unexpected to me because Wendy's is usually busy then I pull up to the drive thru and I'm waiting for someone to take my order no one takes my order so I get confused and I wonder if they are open it 3:00pm on a Wednesday so of course they're opening but I'm still just going to call in case. So I look up the number and call after doing so someone answers and I asked are you open they say yes then I ask is your drive-thru open they say yes so I asked them could you please serve me cuz I'm sitting at the drive thru right now and no one's taking my order then they finally take my order and then I pull up to the window and it takes an extremely long time I say again there was no customers in the store so it should not have taken 5 minutes to order and another 10 to make a simple sandwich I'll repeat myself one more time there was absolutely no other customers in the store I get my food and it taste like rubber anyways.
