Subway — Restaurant in Manhattan

Only giving two stars because the redhead girl who was taking my teenage son’s order was very rude. He asked for an Italian, and she stated very rudely “Italian what?” I asked if she was having a bad day. She said she couldn’t hear. That is not an excuse for poor customer service. No apology; didn’t seem to care that someone asked if she was having a bad day. We also overheard her when asked by another customer how her day was going, “Oh, I’m here”. If you hate your job, find another one. Don’t treat your customers poorly because you hate your job/life. I’ma manager and would never hire her for customer service. Got 2 foot longs. Gal made 1 a 6in because it was a #6 she addmitted she didnt look at the order close enough. She fixed her mistake and made another 6in. Then my fiance brought them home and I and I bit into it and had to scrap off all my sauce and toppings as it was covered in onion which I didn't ask for, want and can't have and it was missing 1/2 my meat and I didn't get extra black olives. I hardly got any. Looked like 6 small slices maybe on each. I ended up not eating it because I couldn't get the onion off of it safely all the way. Remembered why we stopped eating subway. Well, I order a wrap and like always I have some extra steak put on it because, I don't eat but onion and pepper on my wrap. The lady wanted to tell me that they don't do extra meat as they can't wrap it. She would do it but they don't usually do it. Mainly I got out of it is that you really didn't want to do it. I been other subways they never had a problem and now one person says they can't wrap it. 🤦 But I won't be coming back just because I only like to eat the wraps.
