Horrible experience. I hope the manager/owner sees this and recognizes their staff needs to learn what customer service is! I went in asking for a caramel macchiato, and first she replies a Starbucks one or the real thing. Honey I worked at Starbucks for almost 10 years, they’re 2 different things. An espresso macciato is foam with espresso shots, a caramel macciato is vanilla syrup, steamed milk (and then like an espresso macciato) shots on top of the foam with a cross hatch of caramel sauce. I replied I wanted a caramel macciato like the Starbucks drink and she tried to correct my order and replied that I wanted a caramel latte. It’s not the fact that the syrup wasn’t there, or that my drink wasn’t offered, it was the horrendous way this girl tried to correct me as though I didn’t know what I was talking about, and then tried to correct me. I’m all for supporting local, but not at the cost of being corrected by someone who is rudely wrong. Please teach your staff some respect. Love the monthly specials! I tried the Beach Comber and it was very yummy and went well with a cream cheese bagel! The bagels are scrumptious! They also have some new T shirts that are unique & very cool!
