I worked at this arby's for a month. I probably took your order in drive through. They try their hardest to get things right but they somehow will fail tremendously. The people who made the food were slow and always had an additude. Drive through people almost always failed to repeat orders except for me and maybe 2 others. The only top notch people we're the select few that worked fryer because they were extremely quick. All arbys restaurants have a timer above there window that displays speed of service to make sure we're getting orders out quickly. Well THIS arbys has a reset button to stop the timer. Not fair for one. And for two when they hit that button they take their sweet time to get that order out. Never before have I seen it take 18 minutes just to get one order out. And it wasn't even due to them waiting for stuff to come up from the fryer. Most of it was due to the order just sitting there while the employees just talked about other crap and let the food get cold. I saw this and said this is ridiculous, bagged up the food, and handed out the order and apologized for the long wait. I don't think the lady who had to wait ever came back. I quit the next day.
If you went to this arbys and had to go through something like this or any other inconvenience then I'm...
Read moreConsistently understaffed with slow service. Last time I was there I waited 10 minutes for my order. (Not the first time) Had a large order as well as a coupon for a free brisket sandwich and they charged me for the brisket sandwich, even after I questioned if he had applied the coupon. Couldn't prove it out until I showed him the math on the receipt. I could tell it was going to be a hassle to get my refund for the first brisket so I offered to just take another brisket. Waited another 8-10 minutes and thought I was good to go until I got home and realized they had left out another sandwich. Called to complain and was asked if I wanted to come back and get it. (No thanks. In the future you should offer to send out a coupon). One of the reasons you go to a fast food place is to save time, not waste more. The food was OK, kind of thrown together and only warm. If the food was as good as it looks on TV it would be a good value, but the order I got left me asking, who's...
Read moreThey advertise 2 classic beef and chedders for $6. My family has 2 members with health conditions that dictate we should make minimal contact wherever possible. We prepare an order of at least $30 including multiple of the 2 for 6 deal and other items. Doordash doesnt reflect the 2 for $6 sale so i call arbys directly and ask whats going on. Imediatly the person became rude to me and stated i either need to come inside or go in the drive through, even though this is not reflected in the advertisment(which is shown on the building and on tv). Im not sure why you feel the need to turn paying customers away. Unless something changes ill have to cook at home or take my buisness elsewhere. This isnt how you treat paying customers, especially considering the state of afairs with covid and such. Dont you think delivery should be encouraged in an attempt to limit human to human contact?
Its too bad, Arbys sounded pretty good untill the poor customer service. I hope something...
