Upon reaching out, the management credited my account in store with 15$ for the inconvenience. I called to get the sandwich delivered this time and explained the situation and between the employee on the phone and the correspondence I received about the issue, I am fully satisfied. Thank you for the work you do, and for correcting the issue I ran into in store. I hope others with bad experiences see this and understand everyone has bad days at work, and are encouraged to speak up! We will never learn if we are not coached! Thank you all!

Desperately wanted a good soft sandwich. The young man didn’t change his gloves after taking an order so that was stressful. Then the sandwiches were made wrong, the bread in my sandwich was taken out which honestly is the worst possible thing you can do when someone asks for LBI. the manager on duty checked the other sandwich and said it was fine but when I got home it was not correct, not cut, gutted and on the hardest bread you can imagine. But hey, at least they slathered it in sauce as I requested, because who doesn’t love soggy crust?
Sucks, I try to tip this location really well every time I go in, too. I thought somehow they’d see that when they work hard, people appreciate it. Guess not. Read more😡😡😡 I bought the number 13 I thought it had too much cheese, so as I was going to take out half of the cheese what do I find a freaking hair in my food .. I'm NOT HAPPY! so I have to go back to the Jimmy John's. I was on break and now food less..I had to return work to eat my food but I can't enjoy it now I'm completely turned off from Jimmy John's.. Smh.
I am at the store right now trying to return this hair infested sandwich, the manager Diana States to me she can not return turn my money because I didn't have a receipt but she will make me another sandwich unacceptable I do not want to eat in a place where not only I can't get a refund for having hair in my food but then she tells me she's the manager and she can't do anything for me because I don't have a receipt the cashier did not give me one beside the fact I thought I would be able to eat on my lunch break I will be calling the corporate office about this and I will not be back I plan to tell everyone who can hear my voice about this situation and discourage them from eating at a business like this.. this place deserves zero...
Read moreEverytime I order from this specific Jimmy John's it takes over an hour to get my order, paired with a different excuse every time. The delivery driver always brings her boyfriend along with her, which is completely unprofessional. This particular time has taken me over the edge, which is why I'm writing this review. An hour after submitting my order, I get a call telling me that they are running a little late. I then call a half hour later and get interrupted constantly by the person that answers. Then I get put on the phone with the manager and again get interrupted and this time she calls ME rude and tells me I am in the wrong. No compensation, nothing. The same delivery driver then comes in with an attitude and is disrespextful. This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had, and I hope nobody else subjects themselves to the nightmare that is the Maplewood Jimmy Johns. This is my first ever writing a review...
