Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Maplewood

I had a very bad experience with a manager Savannah. I was there on the 12th late at night. I was tried after a long days work. I bought my twins 2 Caniac Combos and extra tea, extra a sauce and 2 extra chicken fingers. I got home and the 2 fingers and sauce were not in the bag. I called them and spoke with someone who asked my name and asked if I could come back. I told them no It was late and I was tired. They told me to come back in and they would take care of me. I went there today and explain to the lady outside taking orders at the drive thru about my items from the other day. She said the manager would take care of me. I talked with the guy at the window, I thought they wrote my name down when I called like other places do since the person I talked to that night asked my name. They thought I was lying because they said they don’t keep a record of it. I left my receipt at home. So I pulled Up my transaction on my mobile banking to show her. She said that does not prove to me you called. I was trying to pull up my call record but I couldn’t do that in the heat of the moment. She basically thinks I was lying. I told her can you ask others I have no reason to lie. She completely disregarded what I said. I am so insulted. After spending another 40 dollars today again . I am so shocked that they refuse to honor to replace what I was missing. I don’t really care about the items but the fact that they think I was lying about it really bothers me. Well,, what can I say I was so excited that there will be canes right down the street from my home and I figured since it was in Maplewood the service and food would always be excellent the first day they open we were there super excited and the food was absolutely amazing fresh hot customer service was top notch so was the second time after that I wasn't able to make it during the first shift so I would come after second shift started where it was a lot of teenagers the food was not fresh the chicken tenders were very greasy and the french fries had sat for quite some time and I went from getting a full size order of fries to getting pandemic size fries and the bread didn't even get toasted I took my food back in to show management the next morning (because I didn't want to deal with the second shift manager) the manager gave me a free meal card which I was truly grateful for but then got the free food and I was just so upset by it I threw it away the chicken tenders were not fresh and had shrank in size drastically and again the portion of the fries were very small I do understand that it is the pandemic but prices are going up for this food and the quality is going down this meal was a four piece so it was over $10 slightly and they gave me a kids meal and each and every time I've tried to give them a chance after this it's been the same thing so I think it's safe to say I'm...

Wasn't all that impressed on my first visit. I know people swear by this food but personally I think Chick-fil-A's chicken is way better. Placed my order at the counter. Took it straight home about 5 minutes away. Everything was barely lukewarm. I get food from restaurants in that vicinity all the time and take it home and it's never that cold. The toast and fries seemed like they weren't even heated up at all. I like my chicken hot and it was not. The drink, lemonade/tea mix, was decent. They had enough people working there that was for sure. Maybe too many. A lot of horsing around and smack talking. Wasn't really comfortable standing in there. I swear one girl in the back stuck her hands down her pants and pulled up her underwear. I kid you not. I had to keep an eye on her to make sure she was not anyone touching my food. With that said, everyone was extremely friendly. In light of the fact that they just opened I will give them another try down the road and change my review if warranted. Also in their defense, they're getting a lot of bad reviews because they weren't open apparently in the time frame they set. Those reviews should probably be ignored.
