Wow! I haven't eaten at taco bell in years! I ordered 6 soft taco supremes, 2 beef and been burritos and half a chicken quesadilla for $34.25. No drinks, no sides, nothing else. I was stunned by the price. When I got home and looked at these products, I was livid. Where to begin... the soft tacos aren't soft when the shell is hanging out of the wrapper for long enough to harden. Apparently, taco bell no longer puts meat in the middle of their tacos and only a tablespoons worth on the outer edges. I suppose thinking we won't wonder why that bites at the midway mark are nothing but a goop mixture of sourcream and lettuce. I wondered, so I looked at the rest of my order. Low and behold, none of the tacos had meat in the middle. Just on the outer edges. Two of them were stuck to the wrappers so that they had to be torn away, leaving a mess! The burritos? For heaven sakes. Really? These are the size the tacos used to be way back in the day, and smaller than the 99 cent frozen burritos from the Dollar store. I don't even want to talk about the quesadilla... heartbreaking when that's what you went there for in the first place. What is happening? Taco bell used to be a place you could get a decent amount of food for a reasonable price. Not only is the cost obscene but there is no food, unless you count the shells and lettuce. I don't like doing reviews and I really dislike negative reviews but this is criminal! I would advise any family who thinks visiting taco bell is a solution to a tight budget with a family to feed, go to the grocery store. For $35, you can buy 3lbs of ground beef, taco seasoning, shells, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, rice and a 2 liter bottle of soda and feed a family of 4 with leftovers and every bite will contain the main ingredient in a taco, MEAT! I gave 2 stars only because the young people working there were friendly. What a...

Read moreDecided to have Taco Bell for dinner. Drive thru had about 10 cars lined up. and I thought going into the restaurant would be much quicker than going through the drive thru. I walked in, saw they had a self ordering computer. I decided to use that. A gentleman who came in as I completed my order, chose to use the cashier to order his meal. Taco Bell is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. After about 20 minutes, they called the gentlemans name to pick up his order. I decided to wait another 5 minutes to ask, if they had my order, when they told me that my order was 2 more order in line. By choosing to go into the restaurant and order from the self check out, my order took over 30 minutes before getting it. To top it off, they told me that they were out of large cups, mind you I super sized my beverage. The line cook, gave the lady in front of me 2 medium cups. What was I thinking, I wasn't going to get a refund for .20 cents. I said could I get another cup. He hestitantly gave me a small cup. All customers are important, especially ones that come into the restaurant looking to order food. This was a bad experience, that I hope other people do not encounter and I truly think management needs to make a change in the processes they have in place. ...
