February 5, 2024: The group working tonight's shift cannot do their job right. The lady taking orders kept ushering us to hurry up to finish ordering. She didn't even ask what sauce we wanted for the nuggets. We were also given a BACON chicken sandwich in the Biggie Bag instead of the chicken sandwich. Thank god my partner checked. HE CAN'T EAT PORK! We were also not given the drink that goes with the Biggie Bag. We usually go around the same time of the night and whomever is working always get our order right. We just so happened to have forgotten to check tonight.
August 2, 2022: Some person working late night shift keeps forgetting the pecan packs for the apple pecan salads. If I order two salads, one salad's pecan pack is forgotten. If I order one, no pecan pack! Tonight there was no fork either. This has been going on for the last couple of months. 🤦🏻♀️
2021: I always go at night. My orders usually turn out fine since I don't change the order. However, not for my friend. I always get them 4for$4 with spicy nuggets. Read moreIf I could get this place a point 5 star I would the service is the worst literally in the world and I've been a lot of places in the world it took 12 minutes to get for chicken nuggets and a $1 chicken sandwich and that was inside meanwhile the staff was too busy talking back-and-forth in front of the customers to even care about the kussman I was waiting to be taken care of to take an order where I had to get her attention and tell her to take the guys order I had to put my head around the corner and asked the woman that was making the burgers when my chicken sandwich in my for nuggets would be ready to this already being 10 minutes and she told me another 2 minutes and I said well it's already been 10 minutes I should have been out already is no reason why it should take 10 minutes when there's only 4 people inside in 3 people in outside line the day before 5 cars left the line outside because we were in line for 15 minutes with no cars moving this place was recently opened brand new with a new building but unfortunately they kept the same staff and the staff is literally the worst staff on the face of this Earth they should all be fired in whole new staff should be rehired in the need to start staffing like chick filet staffs...

Number 1 double, everything no onions, with extra pickles large. I then stated please make my sandwich with fresh cook to order freah meat. He put on the reciept “WELL DONE”. Then didnt put on there no onions. I am allergic to raw onions. So my order comes, the burger is dried up over cooked. Then he say he told them to make it fresh. This young mans name is Jose as a manager needs to listen carefully when a customer says “ I am a picky eater”. That means priortize your listening to make sure you get this customer right. I only say this because of my allergy to raw onions. Jose needs to be demoted until he is mature enough to handle this position alone. The young lady Sara was frustrated because of him. She was cooking all alone. So he should have made sure he made her job as less stressful as possible. He should have been on the grill to ensure quality control. Alex was also great.
