When I was first pulled into the drive thru, another car cut into the line beyond the speakers. Her order was wrong.Spent 13 minutes in drive thru for breakfast after placing my order at the speaker to get to the third window. Both of the first two windows were closed. At the window, I went to pay but it was $3 less than my total. I repeated my order. They had no idea where it was ( so they apparently gave it to someone else). I had to repeat it TWO more times ... only three sandwiches and no special orders. Three bodies in the drive thru area ... 2 males seem to be management and one was taking orders. The girl was taking money and passing out food. I told her they needed to open a second window. She said there wasn’t enough people. I said this obviously wasn’t working and they needed to get a body out of there to take orders and money... so the other two bodies could focus on getting the orders right. I told her it wasn’t her fault, it was mismanagement. So then I get my food and pull around the building to find my BECbiscuit was a sausage McMuffin w/egg. Lobby closed. Cars wrapped around the building. I had to walk up to the window .they were completely confused. As I was standing there ... another guy walked up with his wrong sandwich in his hand. I figured it was my sandwich but it wasn’t but apparently I had got his( so if you are following that is one more order that left in that 3 minute span of time out there also with a wrong sandwich). So as we are standing there and the two guys were figuring it out. The car waiting to pull up... she gets out angry because she is running late for work.... so she pays and gets her order leaves. The guy that came to the window after me gets his sandwich and then I get mine. We are now more than 28 minutes in a fast food drive thru experience. I reassured the girl it wasn’t her part... felt so bad for her. Exceptionally bad management and cognitive reassessing/ fixing what obviously was not working. And this McDonald’s in my 6 years coming here is normally highly professional and 5 stars. This manager is very incompetent. I haven’t worked McDonald’s in 31 years but that was the most inane handling and task management I’ve ever seen...
Read moreI am currently eating lunch at the restaurant at arrowhead off Dussel rd, while sitting on the right side of the restaurant, I can hear the very rude loud manager screaming at her employees in a very unprofessional way. Also screaming about tarter sauce. This is not the first time I’ve been to this location and encountered this managers rude behavior, 2 weeks ago my fiancé and I stopped here around 730a to grab a couple of drinks before work, this manager was on her cell phone over by the drink machine, drive through was extremely long, and inside had about 5 people, she was having a personal conversation while on the clock as I could hear her conversation, she walks around the corner and says “oh I had better go” Big sign hanging behind the counter that says “absolutely no cell phones” In big letters, now I get it I’ve been a restaurant manager and we are allowed to keep our phone on us incase of emergency’s, but never to take a personal phone call in front of house. This manager then comes behind the counter, puts her cell phone face down on the counter. Takes our order, then picks up her phone and begins to texts while the rest of the staff is running crazy because of how busy they are. While sitting here today I honestly felt like I was in a restaurant with Gordan Ramsey with how she was yelling and screaming, and with the amount of attitude if you ask a question, another major thing I watched this manager use her hand with a cup to get ice out of the ice machine, and hand it to us. Health code violation right there. But now the drama continues, now the manager and another manager are talking about an employee and guess he is upset, and she said if he leaves he is fired so loud the whole restaurant can hear it. I will continue to support this McDonald’s because 1 manager isn’t going to stop me, but I think this female manager needs some more training,...
Read moreI work nearby, for the last year I stop by for lunch randomly, roughly 30 visits in the past year. Not once has my order been 100% correct. Always something wrong, wrong drink, wrong burger, pay for large and get mediums.. something wrong every time. Rarely is the food warmer than the air.. fries are usually cold and stale… and if you ask for the food to be corrected, the racist managers say nasty things and ask you to never come back instead of just fixing their mistake…. Don’t waste your time here, I’m pretty sure they spit in the food too… they’re very rude and make racist comments like calling me a “honkey”, “cracker” and such. If you’re white, expect your food to be made wrong and cold.
Update 9/20/24 — I tried to go back hoping things have improved. They have not.. 1 car in front of me today, took 19 minutes to pick up my mobile app order still and was still told to pull over for my burger to cook… ok cool.. hot food right?! Wrong.. even though I had to pull over so the could “cook” my food, the fries were actually cold and the burger was barely warm, the bun was hard, and the pop was flat… wtf this is almost criminal.. oh and cool my 30 min lunch break was just gone after waiting for my food the entire time… I only work 0.21 miles away.. still not close enough to get food get back and eat… what’s wrong with these people? Can we get some training refreshed here? Maybe hire competent people that can provide at least warm cooked food???! Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else..
Update: 10/3024 Been a bout six weeks since my last visit… still horrible quality food… deluxe spicy chicken sandwich.. added bacon and cheese, they removed all other topping. Chicken was almost cold. Stale fries as always. Cold as usual from here. Idk why i even come back. 13$ for cold food made wrong. Should be illegal. Again would give negative...
