While one might say that when they're out of a certain dish, that means they're popular, the 3 dishes I wanted, they were out of... One could then say, poor planning or poor managing... Everything I suggested was shot out of the water, and I almost felt as if they didn't want to serve me, but they WERE serving others... I like young people, but the majority of young people today could care less if a customer is not happy... And every person serving here was young. Interesting that on the wall, there was a saying in English and Chinese that said... "Make happy those that are near, and those that are far will come." I could say more about the experience even more than the egg rolls and Rangoon were overcooked... Easily solved... turn down the heat or, in this case, reset your timer! As for recommending a dish, I would suggest the one they're not out of, or the one not overcooked. I'm not Chinese, but I love Chinese people, when they are friendly, smile, and don't act like you're an inconvenience to their day! Even then, I love people of all kinds, and I came to this restaurant, not just because I was hungry, but because I had a taste for Chinese food and a friendly atmosphere among some authentic Chinese people who maybe wanted my money, if nothing else. Let me preface this by saying that I really don’t understand why these employees are always so unhappy and unmotivated to do right. Panda Express has one of the BEST growth structures and is one of the higher paying fast food restaurants. Google reviews aren’t enough.
People HAVE to start using the actual company’s websites to place reviews both good and bad. That way it goes straight to corporate and hopefully change happens.
I received a meal from here that barely had food in it after waiting forever in drive-thru! I took it back and asked them if that was usually how much food they gave. Because there was no way the amount of food I had was for a full grown adult. They person in the window was reluctant to give me more food but ended up giving me the extra in a tiny box. No apologies for the wait or anything.
Another time I went here, the food was cold and soggy 🤮.

Read moreI’m mad! This is the worst experience I have ever had at Panda Express. I went thru the drive thru. I waited 5 minutes at the order window before anyone answered after the person in front of me pulled off. I waited another 10 minutes for the guys food in front of me to receive his order after I ordered and pulled up. Except the person in front of me had an issue with their order. the panda staff doesn’t ask them to go park. They made him wait for them to finish whatever mistake they made to the order. The guy sat at the drive thru waiting 15-20 minutes for them to return his food. He is visibly upset and so was I. As max as I was I went to go speak to the manager. As I walked into the building he was standing 10 feet from the drive thru window so I know he was aware of the situation. He could have had his staff ask them to wait in a parking spot.(at this point i was livid) I did not have kind words for the manager and i actually would like to Apologize for the way I reacted. However this does not change my review...
