This was my first time going to this Waffle House since the pandemic started. Things have changed for the worst. The store manager greeted me once I entered. That was pleasant, however the store had several tables with food still left on them and there was only two customer in the store. So, the appearance was not pleasant towards being clean. I placed an order for two sides of bacon. The associate was cashing me out without a mask on. I expressed my concerns and asked the associate why she didn't have on a mask. The manager responded with that's a good question. However, he did not instruct her to put it on, even as I was speaking about my concerns. She did'nt have on a mask and the cooks mask was down around her chin. The associate never responded to my question or concerns. She gave me my food and didn't say a word. No thank you or have a nice day. Thanks for coming in and we'll see you next time, "nothing but attitude". The bacon was cooked very well and it tasted very good. I was happy about that. I really like to put out positive responses, "but this time I'm keeping it real". I have no desires of revisiting this Waffle House ever again. This location use to have great customer service and was one of the best Waffle Houses to go to. However, with the restaurant not being clean and no mask being properly worn except by the manager who didn't correct the associates. That's a done deal for me at this location. Read moreMonday January 24th about 330am doors locked and this waitress and another person was sitting doing nothing. Turned and walked away and not once acknowledged. Weds January 26th about 250am doors locked again. Tried to call in an order while in the parking lot and she purposely disconnected the phone and walked away. This happens all the time while this lady is working and is the only waitress on the floor. She's very rude as well as iv had a few verbal altercations with her as I am a regular here. This needs to be addressed so hopefully the store management will handle this accordingly. district management will be notified as well. We got items one by one not together and with each item it was an issue. Burned hash browns, wrong toast, extremely greasy extremely nasty scrambled eggs, burned bacon, cheeseburger that was supposed to have bacon didn't have any, then when they finally brought it over it was burned too, tried to eat some of the hash brown and it was horrible.
