My first time ever trying bunt cakes was for my birthday this July. I usually order cupcakes but wanted to try something different. When I got home with my order and looked at them, they were a mess!!! Only two were standing up straight and the rest were all over the place. I even paid extra to have decorations added in each one, so they new it was for something special. I contacted the location and the owner Jackie not only reacted back out on Sunday( they are closed on Sundayās, & I picked mine up right before they closed Saturday night). Jackie went way out of her way to try and get it fixed. She even tried to meet me to get things fixed. Usually I would have just never tried a place again, but due to Jackie going above and beyond to try and make me satisfied for things not working out for my birthday. Iāll be trying them again this month for my boyfriends birthday. As I 100% will give them another shot as I truly believe this was just a one time mistake. I appreciate the Great customer service and the product taste amazing. Really excited to have them not only taste amazing but also look amazing this time too. As we all know we eat with our eyes š. Definitely give them a try if you havenāt already. They do special flavors...

I couldn't pick up the cakes due to having to rush out of town for an emergency that ended up with me planning a funeral. I called Nothing Bundit cakes on that Saturday , to explain I was out of town on an emergency. I was told the cake wouldn't be any good once I got back in town. So I requested a refund. The young lady told me she didn't know how to process it so she would have the manager call me on Monday. Monday came I never received a call so I called. A different young lady answered she said the same thing. So then another young lady called me, 15 minutes later. she said the manager told her to tell me they were trashing the cakes since I didn't pick them up and they don't do refunds. She said the Manager name was Tanisha and that she didn't want to deal with it so she had her call me. But yet she also said that the manager Tanisha said she had spoken to me when she hadn't. I never got a chance to speak to this so called manager. So they got double paid for the 2 cakes. They charged me 52 dollers and sold them to someone else I'm sure. I never got the cakes or the refund. VERY BAD...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this establishment 3 times in under three weeks. The cleanliness, presentation & decor is immaculate. However, the associates are robotic like. They simply answer your question & thatās it. Kind of like Alexa. Two of the bakers came from the rear and did NOT greet anyone in the store. It may be a lack of their ability to connect with different cultures as the majority of customers on all of my visits have been Black and Brown Americans. Lastly, I have asked for both napkins and flatware on each visit, the answer was no!! Again, robotic! This is why I gave 3 stars. The carrot cake is the ābombā. I drive an hour for this bundlet. Today, I purchased lemon and red velvet for the first time. Upon my first visit, the young lady who took my order was patient and answered all of questions regarding the cake.
