I ordered the four breakfast sandwich deal for $13.99 on Friday, 6-25. Got home and there was no bacon on two of my BACON, egg and cheese sandwiches and one of the other sandwiches' bread was so small it was if it was an end piece that is normally thrown out. I called back and spoke with Brianna who was very apologetic and professional. She said she would pass it on to the next day's manager that I would be coming back for my correct order. Went in the next morning and the counter person, Jada, was also apologetic and professional. However, when I asked to take advantage of a free item that their receipt cleary has written on the top about if your order is not accurate, the manager on duty, Abby, was less than accommodating to say the least. She said I couldn't have the cookie I wanted because it cost $5. I explained to her it cost me more than $5 in time and gas to drive way back to get a correct order. She then huffily agreed. That attitude ticked me off and showed that she missed the class on customer service. 🙄 I spoke with her about her attitude and told her that I didn't appreciate it. She then refused to take ownership by pointing out snarkily that she didn't mess up my order but the crew from yesterday did. What a weak, throw them under the bus move. She then resorted to the classic Karen move of turning herself into the victim by saying I was yelling at her. Not true, but I was speaking loud enough to be heard over my double mask. Anyway, this person, Abby, should not be in management if she thinks she can act like that: no apology like Jada and Brianna, and just overall lack of good customer service. If she believes that just replacing the order was good enough and anything above that (a free cookie in accordance with their own accuracy pledge)means the customer is "getting over" then she is definitely in the wrong business! I will NEVER go back to this Panera again, even though my family has been going there for years. Shame on you Abby! Seriously think about another line...
Read moreIf I didn’t need somewhere to get work done, I wouldn’t come here. I already stopped eating here after having multiple issues with the food and drinks. Especially if it’s during the evening shift.
The evening shift needs better leadership. Customers get left at the counter waiting for someone to take their orders. The crew is loud and you can hear all their inappropriate conversations about who did who, who fought this person, cussing, etc. The Manager is just as loud and also goes back and forth with the employees. I couldn’t tell she was the manager until I overheard her say it to someone. I was so shocked!
Next, the lobby NEVER gets cleaned all the way. The booths are filthy inside (makes me wonder if they have bugs), the tables are always dirty, and the condiment station is right along with it. It’s hardly ever stocked and always has trash everywhere. These are basic things people get paid to do. You don’t have any guests? STOCK STRAWS and lids, check bathrooms, wipe a table or two.
I’ve only seen ONE employee clean the lobby and he did an awesome job! There is a lady that’s comes sometimes. I don’t know if she’s the District Manager or General Manager but I hope she hasn’t given up on this store because it can be fixed!
The restaurant industry needs TLC! Please get this location together.
Also, the walls look like they may have water damage. The paint is warped and coming off the wall.
Updated 08/24: It hurts me to say but I’m done coming here. Every single table in here is always dirty. There are only TWO open plugs available in the whole lobby and leadership can’t be paying attention to what’s going on because the employees are always loud and cussing. I didn’t take pictures this time cause I...
Read moreI love Panera. The food is great...when it's prepared correctly and they aren't out of what you want. The customer service at this location is horrendous and the management is clearly lacking based on how often they are out of items. They have been out of plain bagels, plain cream cheese, Coke, mac n cheese, broccoli cheddar soup, croutons for the Caesar salad, dressing for the Caesar salad...and that is just the most recent items I remember! I've had them fail to tell me at the drive thru speaker they were out of something only to get up to pay and find out they don't have what I need. I've had them let me get to the window and pay then after waiting for my food come back and tell me they were out of what I ordered and paid for. I've had them replace something in my order and not even ask me if it was okay or tell me about it. I had to look at my order to find it wasn't what I asked for (plain cream cheese) and when I did they told me it was because they were out so they gave me the other item instead (fat free plain cream cheese). You have to check your mac n cheese or tortellini because they have a habit of overcooking it to the point it's hard and inedible. If you want a Caesar salad with no chicken you better double check it when you get it because even if you order a "Caesar salad" NOT a "chicken Caesar salad" about 8 of 10 times they will still put chicken on it. Sadly, I could keep going. This store needs MAJOR improvements on their customer service and on keeping their store...
