I am a true foodie. First experiencing the juicy crunchy deliciousness of Cane's chicken fingers on a trip to Dallas TX, I was thrilled to see a location open in my hometown but disappointed on my first visit tonight. Either the fingers didn't do their proper waiting time in the marinade or swimmed too long in the fryer because they were dry inside. Judging by their golden brown finish, I doubt it was the latter. Praise the Lamb I am a good southern cook who knows how to take cane sauce to the nxt level. You have to add 2 packs of the Louisiana hot sauce, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each packet and then 1/4 packet of salt...and mix thoroughly.....yassss. Cane's I will let you have the recipe for only 30% of projected sells and 10% of the actual for your spicy cane sauce which I know you will now add to your menu. I entered the line at 11:07 PM and recd the box combo (minus tx toast because they were out) at approx 12:03 AM on a Thursday night. 🤯. Cane's only makes 5 items sauce, fries, chicken, toast, and slaw...so only 4 on my visit...How could service be so slow when 2 of the items go in the fryer....Chickfila would never! The food score is a 89....why that low normally new restaurants have 100. You haven't been open long enough to start slacking on the food prep codes and regulations. Please I beg of you live up to the standard of the brand...McDonough deserves it.

Visited this location the 1st weekend they were open and I've got to say they were pretty impressive. The drive thru was PACKED, but no matter they had it working as efficiently or better than Chick-fil-A 😲. I know, that's quite a compliment and very exceptional. We decided to order via the website to try and get around the lines. When going to pick up our mobile order they had a separate area dedicated to mobile pickup. We met Brittany, who was fantastic! She displayed excellent knowledge of Raising Cane's, super customer service oriented, and very friendly on such a busy weekend. She gave us our order and we headed to eat in the car, as the location inside and outside was crowded. The food was hot and fresh. The bread was buttery and soft. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft potato on the inside. The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, seasoned wonderfully, and juicy on the inside. *Chef's Kiss* Also the Raising Cane's sauce was creamy & tangy and the perfect complement to the tenders and fries. Lastly the lemonade was very refreshing, and not over sweetened. All and all 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, we will definitely be back 😀

Unfortunately like others we found that this canes in McDonough GA failed. It has poor service and food quality... We arrived at drive thru 10:00 am and waited in only (1) one lane open for orders. We finally ordered our food caniac combo at 10:12 am and continued to wait in the drive thru another employee showed up to watch the 2nd. lane but didn't take any orders or move the cones blocking the lane. She did however come back and walked along the wall by the cars waiting.. She grabbed a drink and walked back while we were all sitting in line waiting for our food. The food ; fries, and bread were soggy, no cole slaw in our combo, chicken was ok but we found pieces of what we're hoping we're plastic from a hairnet... Cane sauce was awesome but what do you put in on. Not even close to what the Raising Cane's in TX, and IL offer for service and flavor's.. This is a (1) one and done..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Food - The chicken tenders are yummy! Some of the best I've ever had. I am a Chick-fil-a fan, but these are better. However, Cane's are very moist, perfectly seasoned and not overly breaded and dry like most places. The sweet tea is delicious too! Unfortunately I really hate the coleslaw and wish that they would try a different recipe because it is awful! Each time, I try to take a bite, but I can't enjoy the texture and taste (and I'm a coleslaw lover). Also, the Texas toast has way too much butter so I don't bother eating it either. I kind of wish they had a side salad option so I can substitute for the food I have to waste.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service - is usually really good and most of the workers are very friendly. There's always a lot of people working, most of them young but the majority seemed to really like their job and it shows! I love to see them smiling.

The first time we tried Cane's, I was quite impressed with a young lady who was working in the dining room. We almost accidentally threw away our bowls, but she was so nice about it, asked if we enjoyed our meal and even told us to make sure we came back!

The third time, we ate inside and ordered 3 Box meals and each one was missing a 4th tender. The young man at the register was apologetic and made it right.

Tonight (5/17/25) around 9:30, we decided to try a 4th time, devided not to dine in and hubby just went inside to place 3 togo orders of the 3 finger combos. The tender sizes seemed smaller for some reason. Also, I usually get one Cane's sauce and a honey mustard sauce. We got charged an extra $1.17 for 3 extra sauces, which is fine. But my hubby asked them to switch one of the original sauces for one honey mustard, but they forgot 😔

⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere - The tables in the dining room are usually dirty. In fact, the last time I was there, a young man was wiping off the tables with a pack of wipes and did not do a very good job, leaving behind mess from previous customers. Myself and another family next to us ended up having to go behind him and clean our areas properly. Also, he decided to wait until we got our food to sweep around and underneath the chairs of my family and others who were trying to eat, knocking the metal underneath my chair several times with the broom. It was so annoying that I had to ask him to please come back later when I'm finished eating. He was nice about it, just seemed young and inexperienced. So I am not going to allow that to keep me from coming back but he needs a little training. Next time, I will either have to take it togo or bring my own cleaning supplies. LoL

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had Cane's four times over the last two months, and overall, I can recommend this place and give it a 4 out of 5 rating! There's definitely room for...

This is a newly-opened location in the Mcdonough area. I expected to find an incredibly busy drive-thru and was somewhat dreading sitting in that line. We had never been to Cane's before, so we weren't sure what to expect.

It was amazing. The line was indeed backed up into the street, but the speed with which they got us through there was at a Chick-fil-a level. I'm stunned at how fast we got through there considering the volume of cars.

The food was excellent. The chicken fingers were amazing, the tiny crinkle fries were great, and the garlic bread was 🤌

This is a far better experience than Zaxby's has ever produced. The food was superior in every way, except for maybe the sauce. It had slightly less tang than the zaxby's sauce, but it was basically the same otherwise, and delicious.

They have a pretty limited menu. Just varying levels of chicken fingers, or a chicken sandwich. It might be better in that sense to compare it to a place like Guthrie's, which is difficult. They are both amazing.

Price was about what you'd expect. Not cheap, but not overly expensive these days. Middle of the road.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Very fast drive-thru with amazing food, and I'd come back here in a heartbeat. It beats zaxby's in every way but the sauce. Let's see if they can keep this level of service going...
