As a loyal customer, I have been visiting this place for quite some time. However, it is with great dismay that I must inform you that the atmosphere and interactions within the establishment have consistently left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Allow me to outline some of the recurring issues I have encountered:
• Unfriendly Staff: The demeanor of the staff has been consistently cold and indifferent during my visits. Simple greetings or smiles, which are expected in a customer-oriented business, seem to be a rarity, if not absent altogether. Such an unwelcoming attitude from the employees affects my overall experience negatively.
• Ignored or Rushed Service: On more than one occasion, I have felt disregarded when trying to place my order or seek clarification about the available options. It appears as though the staff is more focused on completing tasks quickly rather than attending to the needs of customers.
• Unexplained Delays: There have been instances where I had to endure unexplained delays in receiving my order, while other customers seemed to receive prompt service. This discrepancy in treatment only serves to deepen my sense of discomfort.
• Exclusionary Behavior: I have noticed certain customers receiving preferential treatment, while I am left feeling like an outsider. This makes me wonder whether there is any bias or discrimination at play, which is both distressing and unacceptable.
It is disheartening to express my dissatisfaction with an establishment I once enjoyed. As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial to address these concerns constructively in the hope of fostering...
Read moreI will never return to this Braum’s location again. My husband and I stopped by for some ice cream, and since we don’t visit often, we needed a moment to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. When we pulled up to the intercom, a young woman said, “Order when you’re ready.” We appreciated the prompt but were still reviewing the menu. However, she repeated the same phrase two more times within seconds, despite us clearly not being ready.
After the third time, she began saying “Hello? Hello?” as if we were unresponsive. I replied, “Ma’am, we’re not ready to order yet.” Shortly after, a second young woman came over the intercom and told us we didn’t have to be rude. I calmly explained that we were simply not ready and were still looking at the menu. Unfortunately, she continued to chastise us over the speaker—in front of other customers—which felt entirely uncalled for and unprofessional.
We did not go there to be lectured; we were just trying to make a decision. If customers are told to “order when ready,” they should be given the courtesy to do just that without being rushed or treated with disrespect. The manager’s lack of professionalism only made the situation worse. As a result, we chose to leave and go to a different location, even though it was much farther away.
We won’t be returning to this...
Read moreWent to Braums, ordered a 2 scoop sundae with butter pecan and Reese peanut butter cup ice cream, caramel and pecans...that's all that I asked for. I clearly stated nothing else. First the young lady tried to rush me in the drive thru and over talked me. I got to the window, order was wrong. I am allergic to whipped cream and there was whipped cream and cherry on top. I asked could she make it again and she said yes and to pull around to the side. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and saw the young lady that over talked me and asked her what happened . She proceeded to laugh and said they forgot about you. I am still trying to figure out what was so freaking funny. She proceeded to speak Spanish to another lady they both looked at me like I was bothering them and I asked could they fix .y ice cream. Finally they did but the order was still wrong. At this point, I just left. Totally disrespectful. If you are going to out these kids in positions then please train them properly. 30 minutes later...still no ice cream and the...
