THE DAY I WAS CALLED A NI&&A AT WENDYS BY AN EMPLOYEE!!!!! My son and I attempted to order food from the drive thru on 2/13 @ approximately 2:50ish. For some reason two voices were coming from the intercom to take my order. I ordered a $4 for $4 with a powerade. One of the voices asked me what color powerade I wanted and I responded the green one (couldn't remember the official name). One of the voices responds with "NI&&AS". I was in absolute shock!!!! I immediately drove up to the drive thru window and asked who said "NI&&AS". One of the boys (mixed) looks behind him at another young boy and looks at me. He then says "ma'am it wasn't me". The other boy sat there quietly. I then respond with "No worries. I have it recorded and I need to speak with a supervisor NOW." The mixed young boy calls for a supervisor. The other boy finally says " well it was one of us who said it". The mixed boy again says " it wasn't me". I believed him due to the voice who said NI&&AS sound nothing like his. I'm 100% sure it was the other young man. The supervisor (Justice is what he said his name is) comes over to the mixed young man and he tells them what happened. He does nothing but simply listen and walk away. I asked for the GMs number. The mixed young boy says ma'am you can get from the next window. I pull up to the next window thinking the supervisor would be there to give me some information. No one was there. I parked my car walked inside to the supervisor. He asked me if I wanted my food..😒😒 I respond by advising him it might be a good idea to get the young man off the mic, taking orders and how disgusting this experience was. He doesn't apologize but rather stare at me with a blank look on his face. He provides me with a receipt, which has the number on it. He told me the GMs name is William but he doesn't know his last name.
I'm disgusting by the unprofessionalism.. I couldn't file a formal complaint today because the office was closed. Best believe they'll hear from...

Yo, check it, I'm starvin', stomach's rumblin' low Cravin' Wendy's, gotta satisfy the flow Pulled up to the drive-thru, anticipation high Ordered my Frosty, a spicy chicken, reachin' for the sky
But wait, what's this? A burger, plain and cold No spice, no chicken, just a story to be told Of a messed up order, a culinary crime Wendy's, you disappointin' me this time
I checked the bag, confusion fills my head This ain't what I ordered, feelin' kinda misled Frosty's melted, drippin' down my chin This whole experience, a real headspin
'Cause I wanted spicy, a fiery delight But got a plain Jane burger, shinin' ever so bright No spice, no kick, just a bland affair Wendy's, you failin', I'm beyond despair
Maybe the speaker's broken, maybe they didn't hear Or maybe they just don't care, that much is clear But I'm hungry, frustrated, and feelin' quite low This Wendy's experience, a complete and utter "no"
'Cause I wanted spicy, a fiery delight But got a plain Jane burger, shinin' ever so bright No spice, no kick, just a bland affair Wendy's, you failin', I'm beyond despair
Next time I'm cravin', I'll cook at home instead Avoid the drive-thru, the frustration, and the dread Of incorrect orders, and a melted, sad display Wendy's, you owe me a spicy...
Read moreFirst off I used to work at Wendy’s as a assistant manager so I know a thing or to about the menus and workplace, given that said these young ladies that worked the afternoon around 6-7pm at the drive thru were very rude and seem to need more training (might go as far to say extensive training) on customer service, mannerisms and less gossiping, I don’t know if they still do this but “the customer is always right” approach which lead us to be #1and #2 store in the district and state. They not only were rude when I asked to substitute the grilled chicken on MY salad for a Spicy fillet said “nah we can’t do that” I politely asked again are you sure you can’t and descending voice replied “NO I said we can’t do that” I canceled the salad because all other Wendy’s location (McKinney, Plano, Wylie, rowlett,Dallas) all do it and on top of that when I was mindful to let the drive thru cars leave and backed up to ask for straws and spoon for the items I bought (2sodas and 3 frostys) I was greeted with a “what” and ugly looks, will not be coming back and will be telling my associates as well. Might even give a call to Raquel, Priscilla or Jim. Awful customer service need more training and fresh food throw out the holding...
