Came into the store today very happy joking with the cashier I said hello I have an order from that I kind of found it very rude guy behind the counter didn't smile no type of Personality not can I help you ma'am anything so then I said to him are you in a bad mood he's in looks at me still very angry no expression on his face I said to him I have children your age and then I begin to explain to him how it is not okay to have that type of attitude with customer service I'm a general manager myself I would never hire an individual that wouldn't smile and greet my customers so then I begin to explain to him again thoroughly how it's not okay I have children your age and you're being very rude so then he looked at me roses eyes he grabs the order and throws it on the counter I asked for his manager Young lady at the register a very tall I can't give you his name I said but where's your manager cuz I need to speak to someone their managers in comes up nice young guy he spoke very well I said to him is this how you train your employees because he seemed very rude I had to scream the order out can I please have still invited great Manor I said to him what is this young man's name because I would like to speak to corporate about him I can't give you his name the young man that told me this name was Jared or Jaron I walked out of the store very disappointed in their customer service and after reading these reviews I'm pretty sure you mess up on all these orders because you have frumpy grumpy people who really don't appreciate their titles or jobs and don't want to be there anyways this is ridiculous I've never ever been spoken to or treated in a manner from children sad and very disgusting it seems like customer service went away we need to teach our...
Read moreWalked in and immediately noticed the smell of sour milk. It smelled like spilled milk left to go sour. At that point I should have left but I was craving something sweet so I let my craving get the better of me.
While waiting in line I observed the 2 employees talking kinda crazy very openly as though the clearly don't care how the customers view them and that they have completely careless attitudes regarding work ethics.
I ordered and immediately noticed that the ice cream was barely ice cream at all... it was almost completely thawed out to the point where I was about to say something about it but the employee beat me to it.
While preparing my ice cream the employee just took it and plopped it onto the cold stone and didn't spread it out at all. Just put in minimal effort to mix in the add-in. If they cared in any way they could have spread it out to make it somewhat resemble hard ice cream and not have the texture of soft serve sitting in the summer sun.
I had high expectations and was completely disappointed by the product and the service.
Then I go to pay and the disappointment continued.
I was not charged the price that was on the wall. $6.39 on the wall, charged $7.39. It's incredibly annoying to be charged more than the current price displayed in the store (and possibly illegal?)
Yeah, it was only a dollar more, but it's still more than 15% more than the posted price if my math is still right.

It’s frustrating to see my Uber Eats customers left waiting for their orders due to the sluggishness of the staff.
Furthermore, the employees appear indifferent to the inconvenience caused by their slow service. There’s a noticeable lack of customer-centric approach, with little effort made to expedite orders or provide assistance when needed.
As an Uber Eats driver, I rely on timely pickups to ensure prompt deliveries to my customers. However, the experiences I’ve had at Cold Stone Creamery have been far from satisfactory in this regard. If you going to order from a delivery app expect long delays! Take your business elsewhere to another ice cream shop such as J.P. Licks where they will have it ready for you.
I hope that the management of Cold Stone Creamery takes steps to address these issues and improve the efficiency and customer service at this location.
