Now I cannot speak for every single shift but the particular shift that was working when I went in was particularly, how should I say, short and damn near uninvolved. The cashier was pleasant enough but I could tell their mind was elsewhere. I needed to travel on foot with my cookies and informed the cashier but they put my four cookies in a two foot long box. Kind of hard to stuff in a backpack. I hailed who looked like the manager several times for some smaller boxes as I was on foot and he, In a curt way informed me that I'd need to pay for 4 boxes at a buck a piece. I replied that I did not care, i needed the boxes. He took quite longer than I expected to get me the boxes and handed them to me un assembled without an offer to help me repackage my cookies. It's bad business and bad customer service, in my opinion, to charge for packaging when you pay a premium price on the product sold, let alone give your customer your packaging unassembled. I purchased the peanut butter and the key lime. The peanut butter was delicious but the key lime was oddly bitter in a way. I'm not professional cookie taster but I am highly skilled in customer care and service and because of what I've detailed above, I will be...
Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Crumbl about two weeks ago. I placed an online order for 3 mini cookies and ended up waiting in-store for 25 minutes, despite only ordering the small cookies. The staff were rude and unprofessional, with one worker yelling at customers and getting visibly frustrated when people weren’t in the store to pick up their orders yet, and then when they came in she would just look at them and scream the names of the orders she had ready. The lack of basic courtesy, like a simple greeting, was noticeable and off-putting. To make matters worse, the cookies were both unappetizing in appearance and taste, and the entire store was a mess. Also, don’t try to reach out to the store for feedback, as the store/owner will literally just never answer you. This establishment clearly lacks both management and basic customer service skills. I would not recommend Crumbl based on this service, or should I say the...
Read moreFantastic cookies. Going inside you are hit with the most wonderful smell of cookies being freshly baked - a process which you can observe as there is no wall separating the front of the restaurant from the kitchen.
The flavors change every day - which can be disappointing if you are looking for something specific, and you're not always going to see something you want if you're picky, but it is worth it for the unique flavors they come up with. My favorite so far has been the cornbread cookie with butter frosting. Just amazing how they are able to put something like that into cookie form without leaving the essence of cornbread behind.
The cookies themselves come in two sizes. The large cookies are heavy and substantial - don't let your eyes outsize your stomach.
The inside of the restaurant feels a bit unfinished, but that doesn't make a bit of difference in whether I'll come...
