This location has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. When I entered the restaurant, I waited patiently behind two intoxicated construction workers who were struggling to place an order. After they finally placed their order, it took the cashier Madeline T. approximately 30 seconds to acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to place my order. She was struggling to unroll a case of coins. I placed my order, paid cash, and received my change. However, the exchange was awkward because the cashier did not know how to hand me my change, a $5 bill and a few coins which fell out of her hands onto the counter. Next, I waited for my order to be called which was one bacon cheeseburger all the way and a little fry. They called my order and I picked it up. I went to get ketchup packets but there was only one there. I asked if I could please have some ketchup packages. For this simple request, the staff was barely responsive. I had to ask 4 times for ketchup. Every employee in the restaurant was busy doing other tasks e.g. refilling the soda machine and having conversations among themselves. I left the restaurant extremely disappointed. The level of customer service that I received was exceedingly substandard, poor, and bad. This was the worst customer experience ever. I expected more from a restaurant where the hamburgers and fries cost on average $15. I will never visit this location again because the staff do not value their customers. In the future, I will just go to Tony C's Sports Bar and Grill located in Assembly Square where staff members know how to treat customers when they walk in the door. This was an epic...
Read moreCashier had messed up processing my order. It was about a week ago at night on the 4th. Me and my friend ordered food, we wanted to split the payment and just before we were about to pay the cashier pressed pay and accidentally messed up.
Proceeded to spent roughly the next 20-30 minutes on the phone with their manager (the manager wasn't in the store) about how to fix the situation and wouldn't open another register (granted I don't know if they could have on their own) to deal with it later.
They wouldn't tell us anything either during this other than "There's $30 missing" and the rest of what happened I picked up from the phone conversation they had with their manager
In the end we made separate orders and paid separately. If we didn't have to wait for the bus and have time to kill we would have just left without the food we wanted and cut out losses
The employees were nice and the cashier did make an honest mistake of course, but the wait on how to fix this (btw they just needed to do a refund to solve the issue) was exhausting and not worth it in my honest opinion plus the cashier was half paying attention still even when they fixed the issue snd didn't hear me when I told them how I wanted my burger

Usually when you order takeout you go to the take out counter and someone asks for your information and gives you an update on your food. Not here.
There were a couple other people waiting for their take out order and that’s it. No one else in the store. I saw my order behind the counter and it looked like they were making the fries so I sat down to patiently wait. About 25 minutes goes by! 2-3 other people come in and out with there orders. I finally got up to get someone’s attention and asked about my order that’s been sitting there. They say nothing, fill it with fries and give it to me. So they weren’t waiting for fries to get done they just decided to leave my half made order alone for 25 minutes until I said something. And now I’m eating a soggy burger.
What pisses me off is they saw me walk in and wait at the counter, and they just refused to acknowledge me. I could have gotten my food...
