I VERY rarely write reviews, but I am very frustrated. I used the Jamba app to make a delivery order. Jamba contracts with DoorDash. DoorDashers just walk in grab "whats in the fridge and take your order." (per the customer rep) with the store having NO checking or quality assurance that they GET the right order. Mine grabbed the wrong order.
Well when I asked how do I get my order or a refund: "well, I cant really help you with that; I do not have a way to contact doordash to come back and I cant give you a refund on my end".... so apparently your store took my money, failed to ensure the correct order leaves your store, and then you tell ME to "go on google and I am sure you can find customer service to call" and spend another hour of my time on the phone... I hope that whoever owns this store figures out their friction points as to how to a) take care of customers, b) make sure doordash and others HAVE THE CORRECT ORDERS c) contact Jamba about making a way for order breakdowns to request a refund, d) train your staff in actually taking care of customers; as your staff made clear I could spend MY time googling Jamba Juice Customer service (why don't they have that number handy?) your staff could LIKEWISE research to call doordash to grab the order. One way is lazy and puts the onus on the customer, the other is excellent customer service. If you want to keep customers... it should be clear cut...
Read moreThis location is incredibly inconsistent with how they enforce COVID-19 regulations. One day, the store will have 10 or more customers inside, the next, they will make you wait outside. I appreciate their effort to coincide with current COVID regulations and restrictions but be consistent about it and train your employees to be consistent, especially with such a small actual location. This is not a convenient location to visit nor is it easy to get in and out of which makes everything more frustrating. As I was ordering Tyler Cochran the "Manager " came to register as I was paying came to register and first words out of his mouth in lobby were we need to talk, this is MY store, what happened in lobby last time was unacceptable. I replied yes it was. He said I can buy this time, but to take my business elsewhere.
