Belle Tavern — Restaurant in Memphis

This is my first time doing to the Belle Tavern after COVID. We ordered the chargrilled oysters, the prime burger and a couple of drinks. It was a hair in my friend's Little Lilly. The bartender was like oh no! But replace it. I ordered The business, my glass had a dried film around the rim, when i asked him he said they dip the glass in something so whatever. The burger was ok, a little overcooked for medium, but no big deal but the fries were way too salty. The cook said it was the salt in the truffle oil and the bartender said they probably didn't cleaned them bowl before tossing the fries. Salt and oil don't mix, they're not chemically alike. We stopped in to have a few drinks to celebrate my birthday and this was a horrible experience. The bartenders had no idea what alcohol they had and had no idea how to make their signature cocktails. In addition, they are switching alcohol bottles. I ordered my favorite bourbon and not sure what they gave me but it definitely wasn't what I ordered. Definitely don't recommend.
