Placed an online order a little while ago, come to get it- half the order isn't there. I come back in to ask if they left it out, the person said "oh we out chips " I said well I paid online for it-yall were just going to charge me and not tell me or give me back what I paid for that you don't have? She said here's a bag of doritos since we don't have chips - I said "for the ultimate nachos?-that's $11 and I've now been in here while they run around not giving a dang for 10 minutes. Rude staff. No one was going to tell me and yet they still charged me. I'm still in here whole the rest of my food is getting cold waiting for them to figure out what to do. I've been asked my name by the same 2 people since I got here. Not to mention to pick up my to go order I waited and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged for over 5 minutes. They are not busy. The manager, I am assuming (small white woman w brown hair) just came out didn't say a word either, turned around looked at the employee and walked away. Not one word said. There's also a man behind me that has yet to be acknowledged as well who is trying to order. Staff just standing around. They see him too. Terrible place-worst experience I've...

My first time here. The menu is a little overwhelming, but they have great selections. I got the French dip with brocoli cheddar soup, and they were both very good. The soup was a perfect temperature for cream based; not too hot that it scales and not warm that it's not satisfying. The sandwich had a generous portion of meat and the au juis was tasty. BF got the reuben and it was disappointing in that it seems that they toast the bread and assemble the sandwich vs heating the meat, assemble the sandwich, and then grill it. Also, there wasn't enough dressing, so it was dry. He actually dipped his sandwich in my French dip sauce. This could have been prevented if it were grilled with butter. He said the meat was very good and again, a generous amount given. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. The cashier was friendly and efficient and the manager was hard working and checked in with us as he was delivering the food to the other tables. Overall, it was a good experience. I'll come back and try other items. I would...

Tried to visit this evening…and ended up asking for a refund and leaving without getting our order. Young kid with a red bandana on taking orders was out of his league and could not get an order correct to save his life. Despite the restaurant being wide open, ordering was S-L-O-W and painful as the kid asked for clarification while taking the order a minimum of 3x after being repeatedly told what the order was. That wasn’t enough as he then came to the table for further clarification to hopefully dismantle his confusion..AND THAT DIDNT WORK EITHER. A young girl then came to the table and said “okay…he told you wrong….” and I wasn’t in the mood to let her finish as it was a long day of traveling from TX for my one year old who needed to eat and go to bed. I immediately asked for a refund for this utter ridiculousness. Clearly no responsible management was present and they DESPERATELY need a competent person on...

Compared to other sandwich shop this choice leaves you asking what did I get for my money this sandwich is give you more bread then meat, six bread slices in all leaving the meat to fight its way through. This sandwich for sure has broken the number one RULE, WHENEVER Less meat! be sure to use less bread. 3 starts over all. I will return to see if the other sandwich follow the bread to no WARE.* I recommend eating a snack before eating here or don't come hungry. however the Salads are hardly looking. Friendly place over all.

Food is good can't complain about that but I do personally believe the prices should be a couple bucks cheaper... That would change it from a once a month type place to a once a week type place. I'd recommend trying McAlisters at least once though. The chicken tortilla soup is also great as well.
