Searching for food in the area and found Pink Cafe (formally Broken Eggs Cafe). It was aesthetically pleasing as the room was engulfed with pink. We took pictures with the back drops as the food is being prepared to help pass the time. The food was delicious! Well seasoned (not with salt) and the potatoes were light and fluffy on the inside…cooked to perfection! I’d have to say those were the best potatoes I’ve had. The consistency with piece of potato was just as good as the bite before. Nutella with waffles added a hint of sweetness but not overpowering. The egg whites were well seasoned; also light and fluffy. An intimate atmosphere with great food and an accommodating server. The restrooms were very clean and to top it off we were pleasantly surprised with a parting gift for the rest of our road trip. Thank you so much!!
