The entire staff was just as delightful, each of them providing top-notch service with a friendly and cheerful demeanor.

To top off the wonderful service, Avi served us a delicious, creamy, and buttery Cuban coffee that would speak to any coffee aficionado's soul. It was a delightful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

My experience with Aloha Nails was terrible by a few concerning aspects related to the owner’s management. There seemed to be a lack of attention to customer concerns and a failure to address issues promptly. Clear communication from the owner was notably absent, contributing to a less-than-pleasant experience. He was extremely rude in front of all customers and employees present at the place. I believe addressing these areas would significantly enhance the overall satisfaction of customers.

I called and scheduled an appointment with [name], and yet another individual was booked for the same time slot, which was incredibly unprofessional. If you had acknowledged the mistake and apologized, I would have been willing to proceed with another technician. However, you were exceptionally rude and treated me disrespectfully in front of both employees and customers.

I had formerly been a longtime and loyal customer of Aloha Nails (as well as my family). That ends today.

I had a very upsetting experience here on Good Friday. I had pre-booked an appointment with Marjorie, but when I arrived, my time slot had been double-booked. I waited over an hour with no explanation or apology. When I voiced my frustration, Marjorie called over the manager. As I tried to explain the situation, she snapped her fingers at me to hang up my phone call—completely inappropriate behavior. She then refused to do my nails, saying I was “too upset,” despite the fact that I had just waited over an hour for her mistake.

No one took responsibility, and I was treated as though I was the problem. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
