Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Miami Beach

So me and my best friend and my daughter went to Miami Beach for the first time during the day and decided to get some ice cream over at Rita’s and we were greeted by Felix with a very warm, bubbly, excited attitude, and he gladly let us sample some of the flavors and he was extra sweet to my daughter who is five and really love the sprinkle ice cream that she got Out of all of the Rita’s that I have been to and I’m from the West Coast. She has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life ordering at any kind of business and your company should be very grateful and very proud to have Felix as an employee because he is single-handedly running that store on a very busy strip and he is kicking ass , and if I made the rules, I would promote him and give him a raise I’m sure it’s not easy working in Miami Beach. I work on Clearwater Beach so I understand how crazy it can get but he did a fantastic job. I recently visited Rita’s Italian Ices and had an absolutely delightful experience! As soon as I walked in, the bright and cheerful atmosphere put me in a great mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help me choose from their extensive menu.

I decided to try the mango Italian ice, and it was a fantastic choice. The texture was perfectly smooth, and the flavor was vibrant and refreshing, just like biting into a ripe mango. I also sampled the gelati, which is a delicious combination of Italian ice and creamy custard. The contrast between the icy and creamy layers was heavenly.

What stood out the most was the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and natural, without any artificial aftertaste. The portions were generous, and I felt it was a great value for the price.
