The Grove Miami Beach — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Beware that the address of this restaurant as listed on their own website is incorrect (the website says 2101 Collins but it's actually at 2201 Collins - big difference!). Also, nowhere on the website does it mention that this restaurant is located inside a hotel, with absolutely no signage. In fact, the valets outside the hotel didn't even know the name of the restaurant inside the hotel and turned us away when we asked if we were at the right place. It took us a half hour to find this restaurant and when we called for help we got no real answer. Needless to say, after that hassle we were in almost no mood. The service was very good though. The food was pricey and a little on the skimpy side. I had the lamb chops ($45), which came with three puny, skinny little chops, a few sunchokes, and a gigantic schmear of tzatziki, which was thick and overpowering. I was starved just hours later. The side of broccoli ($11!!!) was a little underdone and the tahini sauce was thick and a weird choice to put on broccoli. Overall, I'd say the experience was mostly frustrating. Having correct information on the website and proper signage and employees who actually know what's in the building where they work all would be very helpful - especially to out-of-towners - and would've raised this review...

This was one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the start, the service was disappointing. Our server seemed distracted and repeatedly forgot parts of our order. He even brought us a glass of water with a fruit fly in it. After finally placing our order, he returned some time later to inform us that one of the items we requested wasn’t available that day.

When our food eventually arrived, the eggs were not cooked as requested, and we had to send the dish back. We ended up eating only half of what was served—mainly because we were hungry and wanted to head to the beach. No one came by to check on us, and we had to flag someone down just to ask for ketchup.

At the end of the meal, when we mentioned that the food wasn’t good, the server didn’t offer to address the issue. Instead, he suggested we try a different restaurant where he works in the evenings because "the food is better there." To top it off, a 20% gratuity was added automatically. Between the poor food quality and lackluster service, this was a disappointing...

We had a birthday in the house, and we loved the spot the chill and celebrate it!!! The vibes are super chill and relaxing outdoors, closer to the pool. We ordered the best recommendations of our server, and we weren’t disappointed 🔝🔝🔝🤤. If you are around Miami beach, is a must to try the food and to chill...
