Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this company. I recently bought a $50 on line gift card from them. I received no confirmation number, no directions on how to use the gift card, and no gift card code. I basically received an email saying that they recieved my money. It was meant to be a gift, but it has turned out to be a huge pain. No one at the stores I called knew anything about how to help me. I contacted the support email and got no help. I tried to figure out how to purchase something using the card and couldn't because I never received any legitimate information or code to use. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a scam and would appreciate any help I can get on the matter. It's my first experience with this company and probably my last.
