Casa Nané is a true gem that I highly recommend as a destination for breakfast or a light bite in a charming setting. The terrace is inviting, and the interior is simply stunning. The décor is tastefully designed, with carefully selected details that make a difference—from the high-quality tableware and cutlery to the impeccable presentation of each dish. The service is outstanding, and it was a pleasant surprise to see the manager doing a “table touch” in a breakfast spot—an uncommon but highly appreciated gesture that reflects a strong commitment to customer experience. As for the food, we had a ham and cheese croissant that was perfectly balanced in sweetness and butter—a real delight. The highlight, however, was the pistachio and white chocolate cookie, which was absolutely spectacular in both texture and flavor.

Nane is listed as an Ecuadorian bakery, but the listing is a bit misleading. If you come in really wanting an authentic Ecuadorian breakfast, you may end up disappointed. While the menu does include a few Ecuadorian dishes, overall it feels more like a standard restaurant than a true Ecuadorian bakery. The food is good and portions are fair, but the pricing is inconsistent — some items are well-priced, while others feel overpriced. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable, but the service could improve to match it. To better reflect the name and listing, it would help to expand the Ecuadorian offerings — perhaps by creating authentic breakfast combos with traditional dishes from Ecuador’s very broad and rich gastronomy. This would set Nane apart and create the true experience customers expect.

Amazing little cafe in Miami! Tried Tigrillo & Iced Pistachio Latte for the first time and it was great! I’m not a fan of chicharrones unless they are fried. I’m the server did just that for me! She was very nice and welcome as it was my first ever in Miami. One thing I will say, is at around 8pm that same night I walked by and the place looked open as the lights were on a I had just seen a women walk in. So I walked (door was clearly unlocked) in to get a cookie. After look at the various cookies in the display. The lady I saw walk in asked me a question which I didn’t understand. Then she said “we are closed”. I replied, “why are the open signs on?” She had no response and I just walked out. This was not the individual who served me earlier in the day as her service EXCEPTIONAL!

I have been 3 times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps the prior bad experiences were simply typical mistakes of a new cafe trying to sort itself out. Unfortunately this place has served me appallingly horrible drinks and food every time, and the attitude of the waitress each time has been rude and unbothered even though I was extremely kind and patient with her about her numerous ridiculous mistakes. The tall guy who works there is extremely kind and inviting, and slightly helpful, but the girl needs to be trained in all aspects of a service job, or at least the basic of barista training or maybe some encouragement around kindness.. Last time I went there they served me a warm smoothie that looked and tasted absolutely horrible. Im not picky about smoothies, but how is it possible to make a smoothie warm? It was disgusting. This time I ordered an iced latte with a light amount of honey in English to the blonde waitress who looked at me like I was intruding by being a patron to the business ordering a to-go beverage. She looked over at the guy and confirmed with him in Spanish about what I said as apparently she didn’t understand me. I speak Spanish, so I switched over and confirmed the order with her. I then also said in Spanish “please melt the honey in the espresso before you assemble the drink, as the honey will not melt if you just pour it into the ice cold latte” with a polite smile. I made sure to say this as sometimes inexperienced baristas somehow aren’t aware that honey doesn’t melt in cold drinks? (Basic science/critical thinking in my opinion but that’s another subject..) she then proceeded to make the latte completely ignoring my request. She handed me the latte with a large amount of honey frozen in a giant pool at the bottom of the cup. I said oh thank you, but could you please make it with the melted honey so the honey can be mixed into the drink instead of being frozen to the cup and not chunky? She rolled her eyes at me and seemed to genuinely have no idea what I was talking about. The guy told her to make it again, I said thank you i don’t mean to trouble you! Just please mix the honey into the espresso before you assemble the rest of the drink so it can melt into the drink. She made the drink again, drizzling the cup with honey and then filling it up with ice, she then added the espresso over the ice (shocking the espresso), and then added the milk. She put the latte on the counter to me with a pissed off attitude, I felt scared to say it but it was still not correct😂, I said sorry, the honey is still frozen all over the side of the cup, can you please just melt the honey? However way you want to melt it is fine, but this is still frozen chunky honey but now with burnt espresso. The guy tried to step into the help her for a second, but then left to help a table. She made the coffee this time the way I asked, but poured the honey directly from a 3L industrial container..,she passed it to me not apologizing and looking very bothered. at this point honestly I just wanted to leave regardless of if the drink was correct or not, 15 minutes of my time was wasted, I wasn’t even gonna bother asking for a refund, I walked out the door saying thank you have a nice day glad that after the 3rd time asking she finally made the simple drink how I asked/ (how any barista would make it). I did not try the beverage until I walked away and the second I drank it I immediately started coughing, listen while I asked for light honey for this beverage, I totally also have a sweet tooth and love a very sweet coffee as well, but this latte must have had more than 1/4 a cup of honey in this 12oz drink, I coughed for minutes until I got some water, the drink was purely honey, I laughed and threw it in the trash. I’m a very patient customer and person, but that experience was absolutely ridiculous and it seemed the girl just lacked complete basic critical thinking and respect, nonetheless barista skills.

I hate to leave a bad review, but if I was the owner I would be definitely...

I came here for the first time for Sunday brunch and unfortunately it will be my last. I ordered a smoothie and a matcha latte with almond milk, extra matcha, and honey. My friend ordered a coffee and croissant. My smoothie arrived first, it was flavorless and watery. I hoped that the matcha would be better but when I arrived I could immediately tell by the color (brown) that it was bad quality. I took one sip and it was incredibly bitter. When one of the servers came by I told him to please send it back. Shortly after, our server returned to ask why I sent back the matcha. I explained to her that it was bad and I no longer want it. She asked if she can bring me another beverage from the menu and I said I’m not interested in anything else. She left and then came back again to tell me the manager said I need to pick another drink off the menu or I’ll be charged for the matcha. So I asked for the menu so I can see if anything interests me. After looking at the menu I determined that I don’t want anything. The matcha was so bad, my smoothie was bad, and my friend’s iced coffee was bad…I didn’t want another bad drink . When the server returned I told her that I don’t want anything and she said “ok but I’m trying to help you because you can get a drink to replace your matcha since you’ll have to pay for it”. I asked if I could do a cookie instead and she said “no - it has to be a drink”. Then she added that she actually put a shot of coffee into my original matcha because she thought that’s what I meant by “extra shot”, and she can redo it the way I ordered originally. I didn’t say extra shot… I said extra matcha. Once again I said I don’t want another drink. Eventually when it was time for the bill, she rung up the matcha with additional charges for “almond milk” and “extra shot” plus my smoothie. I told her I will only pay for the smoothie. She tried to argue with me that the manager said I have to pay for both and I requested the manager come speak with me. She did, and she also tried to argue with me. I told her this is unacceptable to charge me for a drink I didn’t have (not to mentioned it wasn’t even the drink I ordered). Fortunately it was removed from my bill in the end. I was still charged a mandatory 18% service fee which I should’ve asked to have removed because why am I paying a service charge for someone to argue with me when I’m trying to enjoy brunch with a friend? It’s mind blowing that they made such an ordeal over an $8 item and completely threw customer service out the window. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I see the other 1-star reviews had similar experiences so this seems to be a pattern...

This spot is SO CUTE absolutely fell IN LOVE upon walk in, the vibe is very light, inviting, & the concept is well thought out! I ordered an iced matcha latte with pistachio flavoring added to it & it was DELIOUS! Also got the pasta dish with a nice tomato sauce & smoked salmon on the side because.... why not mix it up a little hahaha The bowl my pasta came in... THE CUTEST I absolutely loved how the plating matched the vibe & decor of the restaurant! Also the bill..... Living here in Miami, I have gotten so used to everything being costly, so I was surprised that my bill was UNDER $40 !!!!

Only con: I go to a lot of brunch restaurants & order iced matcha lattes, but this is the first one where the iced matcha latte came out with a shot of espresso in it.... I alerted the server, & she told me that "it comes like that, its a latte.." but nowhere on their menu does it say it includes a shot of espresso... I'm a frequent iced matcha latte drinker, I order it nearly everywhere I go, never ever had espresso added by default, so I was caught off guard by the response. She then told me it would cost extra to have it without the espresso (???) I have a health issue that causes me to not be able to really drink much caffeine... so this could've been bad if I had drank it without noticing the taste of espresso in my drink. Please be super careful of servers not alerting guests of espresso being added into matcha & chai lattes, there are a lot of us that drink these alternatives because we can't have coffee for health reasons.

OTHER THAN THAT: I WILL BE BACK! I am super excited to try more menu items & I HIGHLY recommend this...
