Following our visit earlier this year, the management team promptly reached out to address our concerns. We were very impressed with how kind and courteous everyone in the Flemings team was during this process. We had the pleasure of returning back recently and were blown away at the attention to detail from our waitress (she was amazing and very kind!) and the entire staff. The entire team made our anniversary extra special with such an elevated dining experience. The food was sensational as always and the staff went above and beyond. The carrot cake blew us away! I could see that all patrons around us were getting amazing service that night, which speaks to the overall service culture. Congrats for having such an amazing team!

My husband and I went to Flemings this past weekend and truly had one of the worst services we’ve ever had. We arrived approx at 4:15, so the restaurant had just opened and our server barely came to our table. I would expect excellent services given that there were maybe 4 tables at that time in the entire place. Additionally, the server did not inquire about any special occasions, as they usually do. We were there celebrating a birthday and felt so underwhelmed with the service and atmosphere. I made an addition to our tomahawk and I was told by the server that the lobster would bring caviar, albeit not mentioned on the menu, and when it arrived there was no caviar. We kindly asked about it and the response as “well it’s only a little bit of caviar” almost as though they were annoyed that we even asked about something they told us would come with the meal. We had a different person bring us our meal, and she was much more attentive than our server. She even refilled our drinks, and asked if there was anything else she could provide. Overall we had a shared sentiment of disappointment. We’ve been to the location in Coral Gables with no issues but The Brickell location truly felt like a letdown. I encourage servers to always keep in mind that to you in may be a typical workday but to a patron they may be here celebrating something special and splurging on a meal they typically wouldn’t, every customer should be treated...

I was very disappointed with the service provided at this location. I was in town and I have had phenomenal service at the Orlando location so I decided to eat here. The appetizers were good the bread and drink service was a bit delayed but we had grace because it was late. Both parties at the table ordered a tomahawk steak cooked medium, however we received a tomahawk that was medium rare and we asked for it to be recooked. The tomahawk was then put back to recook but it came back still more on the medium rare end not the same cook that the other medium at the table was. They then placed the tomahawk again to recook however it was not cooking evenly and I notified the waiter of that as some pieces were closer to well done while others were medium rare. They then cooked the steak again but he told us they would cook them individually and when it was brought out the steak seemed as if the individual slices were seared in a pan which is a disappointment to the steak because it’s nearly impossible to cook a steak an even medium by cooking individual slices. The third steak came out and it was very underwhelming to say the least the cook was extremely uneven so we told the waiter since it was late we would just ask for a ribeye since it’s faster to cook. We had a garlic butter and they took the garlic butter and when they brought the ribeye they said they couldn’t give us a new garlic butter because the kitchen was closed but they had taken the one from the steak before. When we got the bill nothing was comped we were charged full price for a ribeye we didn’t want but we settled for since they were unable to cook our tomahawk. When I asked for a desert the waiter acknowledged that he understood and when I inquired later he mentioned the kitchen was closed so they couldn’t provide that desert that would have been comped.
