Brickell City Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

I ordered $110 worth of pizza online because they claim 10% discount. Discount was not applied . I order the 4 pizza deal for $55 you pick 4 different pizzas. They don’t tell you it’s actually two pizzas split in half with each half being different. But since this was a business event I ordered the napolitan tray which was two pizzas that were mostly sauce and barely any cheese. The dough was hard and nobody wanted it. My point is the deals are terrible. I thought I could feed the whole team but it wasn’t enough. I thought I was getting 6 pizzas hot 2. Tried calling to complain and tell them to fix it. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone yesterday. They even picked up and hung up twice. I ended up having to order 4 more pizzas from dominos because not everyone got to eat. Also I thought I had ordered 2 2-liter sodas and I got two 20 oz but explain to me how 4 boxes of pizza and two 20oz sodas came out to more than a hundred dollars. Ridiculous and never again. Don’t order delivery they use a third party delivery service. Pizza was kinda cold when it arrived. I will never order from this place again. Horrible customer service. We ordered pizza delivery to our hotel, reviews seemed great - and we love ordering local pizza when we stay away from home.

Pizza arrived 20 minutes later than promised and was cold. A total waste of $96 for our family.

Edited to add: in the response to my review below, Brickell City Pizza replied that, since I didn't put my hotel room number, the pizza got cold trying to find me.

NOT TRUE! I was originally quoted (via confirmation text) that my food would be delivered within a specific timeframe. I was sitting in the lobby of the hotel with my family prior to the anticipated delivery window, waiting on the pizza.

After 45 minutes, I called to inquire about the delivery, to which they told me, "the pizza left about 8 minutes ago and should be there soon."

The driver walked in with my pizza, and I greeted him directly at the hotel front door. I did not provide my room number because the hotel requires a key to access the room floors in the elevator... instead I chose to wait in the lobby for the pizza.

I'm even more disturbed and disappointed that, after an honest review... this business is trying to deflect the issue on me,...

First-DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY VIA SLICE APP. This restaurant did not include part of my order. When I raised it to Slice they said there isn’t anything that can be done and no refund- they would let the restaurant know so that it doesn’t happen in the future. Had this been a different app delivery service, they would have facilitated a refund.

Now on to the food- it was eh. $12 Cesar salad was basic- the parm cheese on it was the processed kind you sprinkle on pizza. The pizza wasn’t anything to write home about-fine and all, we ate it. The Philly cheesesteak panini said it had “roast beef” on it- we made the inaccurate assumption that it would be shaved roast beef like a normal Philly, but instead it was sliced roast beef lunch meat. The dough on nutella thing was stale but the inside was good. Just disappointing...
