Beautiful place, beautiful food, beautiful people. My husband and I visited place. I'm Japanese. I have lived in Europe, traveled few place in the world but I've never found perfect place like B100M. First, you will be amazed by every single arts and decoration and design including restroom which make you wanna put your phone away, and make you wanna enjoy the moment in real. Sushi from Yasu was extraordinary. That made me proud being Japanese. We didn't know what to order but all the chefs and bartenders took perfect care of us. Pastry was super cute that warmed my hart. Ceviche was best Ceviche I've ever had. Oyster will take you to another dimension. They even picked perfect drink that match the food. We don't wanna go out to eat at another restaurant anymore. We couldn't believe we can have all those amazing experiences in those price. It's like they just picked all top 5 star Michelin chef in the world and put everything together in one place. This place and food is made with love and passion by people who truly knows what caring and unconditional is. We can't wait to go back there. Thank you so much for brightening our day with your love. See you soon♡

We wanted to go to Mia Market because we wanted to Yasu Tanaka's sushi, but it was close to closing time, so we tried this place for the first time, which serves Yasu Tanaka's sushi. Our server, gentleman Pablo, was very professional. Not intrusive, relaxed, but whenever we needed him, he would come to our table to make sure everything was ok. And he was knowledgeable about the menu and explained to us all the details of the food, including sauces. Also, the manager (I think it was John or Josh) was always on the floor, looking out for customers, helping his employees, and pouring water into our glasses as he walked by. The restaurant is small but well decorated and the music was soothing and comfortable. As for the food, as always Yasu Tanaka's sushi was excellent and although I don't usually like wine, they don't serve hard liquor so I tried a cocktail made with wine and it was very good. The price range is about $100-150 per person. High quality food and service, would definitely visit again for a little fancy dinner. Over all, l have no complain at all.

We ordered a variety of things. The $27 rotisserie chicken was a joke, poor plating/presentation, I don’t know how any decent restaurant can serve a dish just like that. Small piece of chicken breast and two small potatoes. I ordered $59 omakase, the fish is good but the rice is subpar, and they gave to you in just a big plate like you are at an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet. For that price suggest to go to Omakai in Wynwood for much better experience and more pieces of fish for $50ish. I don’t know if this concept works for me, they have 3 food counters but none has good selection of options, not even good options for entrees, mostly appetizer and small portions kinda food. And the price is more expensive than a proper sit down restaurant (branzino $37, steak $49). Lastly, I live a block away yet I didn’t receive any marketing from this place, nor promotions for neighbors, or anything about the opening that you think they’d do.

I sincerely apologize to the amazing folks at B100M for being so late in writing this review! I'm sad to think that someone missed out on a visit here because they didn't get to read my (hopefully) compelling comments. Well here they are! I flew in from London a few weeks back on a solo trip, was only in Miami for two nights, and was looking for a place to eat without planning. I passed by and had no idea the delight I was about to experience. And what was a "chef collective" anyway? Well I was about to find out. Walking in, the decor is fresh and exciting. Starting with the waitstaff, was it Matt and Mack? (apologies again!), you were brilliant - attentive, friendly, and informative. I was lucky enough to sit at a bar that overlooks the B100M team and was given tastes of their (rich, buttery, creamy, elegant) chicken risotto and an amazing take on a strawberry cheesecake that tasted like a sharp and fruity tres leches, yet managed to float in it's lightness. Ha, I'm not a food critic but these descriptions are real! Mykel Vargas, THE chef, was there- what a lovely human being, and his colleague, who got me involved :), were a smooth team of professionals who made time for their guests. Chef Alejandra from Cotoa was there that evening and she made me the most delicious ceviche I've ever had. I believe it was Mahi Mahi and I don't have the vocabulary or literary skills to describe it but it was incredible. I also ordered a roll from Sushi Yasu and it was clearly made with love. You absolutely need to go here. Book a table right now. You are missing out if you don't! You will thank me and more importantly, those...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting your new chef collective and I must say, it’s a fantastic addition to the culinary scene! The innovative concept of bringing together multiple chefs to create a diverse dining experience is commendable. Your effort to offer something unique and eclectic is truly appreciated.

However, there are a few areas that could use some polishing. Firstly, I only found out about your place through vague word of mouth. Your collective has tremendous potential, and I believe a more robust marketing and advertising strategy could help spread the word more effectively. Leveraging social media, local food bloggers, and hosting special events could draw in more curious food lovers.

Additionally, while the decor is on point and beautifully ties in with the three/four concepts, the ambiance could be enhanced. The 80s soundtrack, though enjoyable, felt somewhat out of sync with the visual cues of the decor. It might be worth considering blending different beats that align more closely with each concept to create a more cohesive atmosphere.

One of your guest concepts has already reeled me in, and I’m eager to explore this one and the other. Let’s see if you can catch up to the high bar set! Thank you for bringing this exciting culinary venture to our community. I’m looking forward to seeing it...
