Bank machine system & communication problems. Food was good after the correct food was received. Drove through, however 'Wait Thru' is more accurate. The lady at the pick up window was very nice, even when she told me my card (sign on drive-thru window says 'Credit & Debit cards preferred') was declined! I asked her to try again, but she said it was still declined. The card was not declined before or after this stop. I told her this Arby's banking system was faulty. She said that most of the people with declined cards will check their bank balances in the car on their phones & they show positive balances, letting me know the Arby's credit banking system at this location is the problem. The bank machine problem also explains the long wait behind only two cars. I glanced in my to confirm two items, but not closely enough because one item was not what was ordered. Read moreI pulled up and was not greeted at the order board. When I pulled to the window the employee was getting out of the bathroom putting his headset on. I smiled at him and he held his finger up to me with he took the customer BEHINDs order. When he opened the window, there was no apology. I ordered 4 classics and 2 crinkle fries. It came to $25. So I asked if they were done with the 4 for $10. He said yes. It is advertised at every other arbys and on TV. So I asked him to change it to 3. He was visibly annoyed. After he took my payment, he handed me my receipt and card crumbled up together. Said "hold on a minute, I need to go make sandwiches." Went straight to back line and started making sandwiches. There was one other employee working, assumable trainee, and another standing in the parking lot. When I pulled away. The drive thru was full. This poor guy was screwed. Frustrating for him. Read moreHorrible! A couple Sundays ago we ordered online and upon arrival, there was one employee who only spoke Spanish and couldn't open the register. There were multiple people who were turned away and many others who never got their order. Apparently the store manager quit without notice. We contacted the district manager who sent us 2 complimentary sandwich cards, so I thought we were done with the drama. I thought wrong. I went in today to redeem them only to be told by a very snotty male employee (didn't catch the name) that they couldn't take both in one visit. Nowhere on the cards does it say that and besides, I was attempting to redeem them for two sandwiches I never got the last time I was there! I called the district manager again who apologized and said the employee was wrong and that he corrected them. I ended up going to another location and got my food without issue.
