At drive thru A manager here whos name I was told is bobbi (young of course cause she obviously hasnt matured) she was pretty rude. LIterally had a terrible attitude I asked for a big to-go plate of only Katsu chicken cause I wanted it for my familys dinner tonight. She proceeds to tell me about their sizes 8 oz and 12 oz an Im like "yeah just fill the to go plate idk." Shes like "ok so which size do you want 1, 8oz or do u want 12 ounces?" and Im just like " just please fill the togo plate she proceeded to get an snarly and was like "ok, just an ounce!" and walks off. And Im sitting there confused cause I have previously about 2 weeks ago did this exact same order and the guy at the drive thru whom was wearing a arm brace accomadated my request with no problem we even went in the store an waited last time and talked with the employees and they were very nice. However this is a manager I had a problem with today! When she handed me the food I gave her my card and while she was doing my transaction I checked the food literally its barely got meat so I tell her "ma'am this is not enough, Im gonna need to order more." She handed my card back with attitude and She tells me "she would have to charge for the big platter order thats 60 something" I told her they have done it before and I dont understand why you have such a bad attitude?" She says im making things complicating. Yall I kid you not I looked her dead in her face and said "I dont know how much simpler I can explain fill the to go plate up, How many ounces does that take?!" She says 3 but I would have to drop 2 more!" I said, "Then drop it!" She charged me again and shoved my card at me and got another employee to tellbme to wait in the parking lot so I did for 10 minutes. Its ok cause girl u really mad that I made u work and thats the job you chose and Im telling you, customer service isnt ur strong suit. Your employees were better. Its just so funny that the whole time she knew it took 3 ounces to fill the togo plate the entire time and it didnt cost no damn 60 nothin yet couldnt offer that in the beginning and called me complicating!!! Read moreTerrible service tonight. We didn't even get to try the food. Went through the drive through and ordered 1 kids teriyaki and 1 regular with teriyaki and 1 katsu. Was told it'd be a 20 minute wait so we waited since our kids were napping. The girl in the drive through said she'd bring it out when it was done but didn't give us a receipt. Well 40 minutes goes by and no one comes out so I went inside and asked the cashier about our order and let her know how long we'd been waiting. She just went to the back and then came back and said they're bagging it. So I waited and another 15 minutes goes by and I hear the lady say another 20 minute wait for teriyaki. So I asked the cashier again if that was forime as well and she said well the chicken has to cook and I said I understood that but she told me the se 20 minutes ago so I just asked for a refund. Lady comes out to give redfind5 and asks for my receipt and I told her we didn't even get a receipt but I have my card if she could look it up by that or I could go look at my online banking. Go out to get my card and my husband goes instead and apparently someone cleared our order. She said she's sorry but the way the drive through works is they grab what's available in the dine in section but if that's empty then we just have to wait. So my husband was like that doesn't make sense so if people come in after me for dine in and there's all the drive through orders waiting we just have to keep waiting? She said yes and then apologized and just gave us a bunch of coupons for the trouble. I was really looking forward to eating here bc I heard such great things but I guess I'll need to wait a little longer for them to work out the kinks in their operation or try another location. Not to mention every single person working there had long hair just hanging over food not pulled back or anything....
Read moreGot there was placing our orders they said it would be 20 minutes because they were out of teriyaki chicken. We told them we would wait the girl said are you sure you wanna wait 20 minutes? We said yes not a problem. Then everybody was getting their food that came in after us I went up there and asked about it. They had the chicken they just needed to put it in the container for us waited waited waited at the counter. They were filling peoples orders that was still in line behind us. Finally the girls said all I’m waiting on is for them to cut the steak. I’ll bring it right to you. 15 minutes later I go up she said oh my gosh I forgot all about that. That’s a second time they had forgot the order. I’ll bring it right out to you. I said no I’ll wait. There was a manager named Stormie Who spoke up and said it’s OK I said no it’s not OK. We’ve been waiting not once but twice that they forgot our order so she proceeded to say well it’s people ““ like you that won’t work in a place like this “not sure what she meant people like me very I’m offended by a manager speaking that way on her way out she walked by our table and said I hope you guys enjoy that steak and choke on it. I definitely. hope she knows it’s people “like me “that’s in there, eating dinner that’s paying the wages for the ones that are forgetting to get the food to the customers. Not just once but twice. The girls working were dressed inappropriately with extremely short shorts on. No real customer service. Plus tables needed to be cleaned off so people could dine in.
