Poor experience. The person sitting at the front desk couldn't care less or show any appreciation for customers. I've been dealing with vision difficulties since last year so I couldn't help my mom much when she was trying to order (which is all done on large Android tablets). The lady sitting at the front desk couldn't care less, didn't even smile, and offered 2 very short tips shouted across the restaurant (that really wasn't too helpful). Didn't even come over to help us (and it should have been pretty obvious we were having trouble operating their giant Android tablet ordering system). Seemed like she didn't even want to work there. The bathrooms here while had large print sign, I don't think was Brailled (so I don't think it was even ADA compliant). They had a giant container of water you can fill from yourself but there wasn't anything to catch spilled water (again with my vision problems that does happen often, warm day, room temperature water, didn't quite feel it with my fingers which is how I tell when a cup is full). It is a safety hazard waiting to happen when someone slips.
The food was average at best. Not worth the approximate $30 we spent. Didn't even fill us all the way up. There are way better restaurants in this shopping center that is much more disability friendly, friendly staff,...
