Starbucks — Restaurant in Milwaukee

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. Customer service at this location was horrible. Couldn't believe it as a shareholder and as a frequent customer of Starbucks with many years of loyalty to the brand and visits to stores all across the country. After ordering a sandwich for my son from the counter and accidentally placing a mobile order for another location, they told me they could not make the coffee from this location because they would lose profit since they are independent from the typical Starbucks chains. I understood and asked if they could give us a small cup of ice water so my son could finish his sandwich, and they said that they charge for ice water even though we ordered a breakfast sandwich. Not only was I stunned but other customers were stunned as well and several were vocal and said that they had received ice water at that location free of charge before.

Either way, the management of this location has to retrain the employees on what customer...

Horrible experience. If you come around 5:30am you’ll be fine because you’ll be 1 of 2 customers there. If you come at 8am, well, just don’t! Stay home and make coffee or go somewhere else if you’re here for work. I waited 15 minutes while 5 people got their drinks ahead of me that ordered AFTER me. I only ordered a simple cold brew with almond milk. I had to go up and ask for it! Then I got so much almond milk I couldn’t even taste the coffee, had them remake it, then they added all ice instead of light ice like I asked and I had to spend another 2 minutes flinging chunks of it out of my drink so it wouldn’t get watered down. All in all, a 30 minute excursion! Since all the responder to these reviews does it ask for more info, look for a cold brew order marked at 7:38am on august 11, 2023. The baristas here have no idea what order drinks orders are coming in and are just making them...

The guy at the counter and the people behind the counter wherenot very nice the guy at the counter with the blonde hair his customer service was terrible he didn't smile we stood there for about a minute before you asked us what we wanted to order. The person making the drinks could not hardly speak or say the drinks and he was also working by himselfdid Starbucks obviously hired people just to work behind the counter they're just bodies they don't have any personality and I will never return there again and I'd let anyone know if you go to the Starbucks downtown don't expect any exemplary customer service cuz you won't get it here.
